Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse génétique baptisé "cartographie de transcrits à réseau fin" qui s'utilise pour détecter et mesurer les molécules d'ARN qui ont été transcrites à partir d'un génome. Le procédé peut être utilisé pour explorer l'expression différentielle d'un génome matrice et pour cartographier les extrémités 5' des transcrits exprimés. En outre, la présence ou l'absence dans des conditions biologiques particulières d'un transcrit donné et sa concentration relative peuvent définir les fonctions d'un gène ou les capacités de codage. Par conséquent, ce procédé a trait à la cartographie et à l'identification des produits géniques nouveaux ou connus et aux recherches en matière de fonctions et de régulation des gènes.
