Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système (2) permettant d'exécuter des transactions bancaires et d'obtenir des informations relatives à des produits ainsi qu'à des services bancaires. Le système (2) comprend des dispositifs permettant d'exécuter des transactions bancaires. Les fonctions de transaction comprennent des services tels que la demande et la réception de chèques (13), des cartes bancaires (14), l'ouverture de comptes (15), la demande de prêt (20) et l'accès à l'internet (23). Le système (2) comprend également des fonctions d'informations permettant à l'utilisateur d'obtenir des informations relatives aux comptes d'épargne (19), aux prêts (20), à la banque à domicile (21), aux services de voyage (22) et à l'accès à des informations sur l'internet. Le système (2) permet également d'obtenir une démonstration (24) des divers produits et services de banque. Le système (2) permet aux clients et aux non clients d'exécuter ces fonctions dans un environnement fonctionnant 24 heures sur 24 ou selon des horaires de fonctionnement aménagés sans interaction ou sans l'assistance d'un représentant du service clientèle ou d'un membre du personnel d'une banque locale.
