Abstract
Procédé et dispositif d'analyse intégrée pour la caractérisation des hydrocarbures dans un produit pétrolier, en fractions de distillation, par distillation simulée. - Les hydrocarbures d'un échantillon pétrolier sont caractérisés sans avoir à réaliser une distillation fractionnée par couplage des techniques de chromatographie en phase gazeuse et de chromatographie en phase liquide. On effectue une distillation simulée par CG. La colonne de séparation est précédée d'une précolonne de même nature mais plus courte. A la sortie de la colonne principale, des moyens de rétention permettent de recueillir et de stocker une ou plusieurs fractions légères qui sont envoyées chacune sur une colonne analytique CG, permettant une analyse détaillée des hydrocarbures, et une ou plusieurs fractions moyennes. La fraction lourde restante est recueillie à la sortie de la précolonne. Les fractions moyennes et lourdes sont caractérisées par une unité combinée de chromatographie LC-GC. Plusieurs interfaces sont décrites permettant la réalisation du couplage CG CG CL - CG. - Applications à la caractérisation de fluides de gisements ou des effluents des procédés de raffinage, par exemple.
