Abstract
L'invention concerne un lit (32) de poudre formé par dépôt répété d'une boue contenant de la poudre. Des couches sont constituées par dépôt d'une dispersion liquide contenant la matière poudreuse voulue, qui est ensuite coulée en barbotine dans le lit de poudre de formage pour produire une nouvelle couche (34). La boue peut être déposée par tout moyen approprié, tel un balayage de trame ou vectoriel, par plusieurs jets simultanés qui coalescent avant que le liquide ne soit coulé en barbotine dans le lit, ou par des gouttes isolées dont le dépôt est commandé individuellement, ce qui permet de produire une surface régulière pour chaque couche.
