Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à un ensemble charnière (30) du type utilisé sur un capot d'automobile, un couvercle de coffre, une portière ou analogue. Cet ensemble charnière comporte une paire de bras d'articulation (10, 36, 38) et une paire de bras de support (32, 34) raccordés de façon à pouvoir pivoter aux extrémités opposés desdits bras d'articulation (10, 36, 38) par l'intermédiaire d'articulations à pivot. Chaque bras d'articulation possède des faces opposées entre lesquelles est ménagée une ouverture. Chaque articulation à pivot comporte un palier (12, 14) qui est intégralement moulé avec le bras d'articulation et fait saillie à travers une ouverture (18) du bras d'articulation. Une partie du palier est formée sur les surfaces du bras d'articulation de façon à ce que le palier ne puisse se séparer du bras. Une attache (24), qui est disposée à travers une ouverture du bras de support (32, 34), est en contact rotatoire avec le palier de façon à assurer la connexion par pivotement du bras d'articulation au bras de support. Cette invention se rapporte également à un procédé de fabrication de l'ensemble charnière et du bras d'articulation.
