Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à une cyclosporine A modifiée et à une version modifiée par génie génétique de son récepteur, la cyclophiline. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à un procédé pour traiter la réaction du greffon contre l'hôte après une greffe de moelle osseuse par transfection de cellules souches, pour que, après introduction dans le corps d'un patient, les cellules souches expriment la cyclophiline modifiée et, si nécessaire, administrent la cyclosporine A modifiée dans le corps du patient.
