Abstract

L'invention concerne un composé ayant la formule (I). Dans cette formule, N peut être un nucléotide, n est égal à 1-5 et n' est égal à 1-3. Ces ribozymes asymétriques présentent des vitesses de scission plus élevées que la normale. Le composé peut être lié par covalence à un agent d'administration.
