Abstract
L'invention concerne un composé ayant la formule (I). Dans cette formule, N peut être un nucléotide, n est égal à 1-5 et n' est égal à 1-3. Ces ribozymes asymétriques présentent des vitesses de scission plus élevées que la normale. Le composé peut être lié par covalence à un agent d'administration. L'invention concerne, en outre, une composition qui comprend le composé en association avec un vecteur acceptable. L'invention concerne également une méthode pour scinder une séquence cible d'ARN avec le composé décrit ci-dessus.
