EQUIPE D'UN TEL DISPOSITIF
La présente invention a trait à un dispositif pour l'application d'un produit capillaire à la base des cheveux, notamment un produit de coloration de la base des cheveux. L'invention concerne également un ensemble de conditionnement et d'application équipé d'un tel dispositif.
Les colorations d'oxydation, dites également colorations permanentes, permettent de colorer la totalité des cheveux blancs. Toutefois, un mois après l'application, les cheveux ont repoussé, et la base des cheveux, sur la longueur correspondant à la repousse, est blanche, alors que les longueurs sont colorées. II faut alors refaire une applicâtion localisée à la base des cheveux, afin de colorer la partie blanche des cheveux.
Dans la demande de brevet FR-A-2 482 431, ainsi que dans le brevet US-A-4 209 027, sont décrits des dispositifs d'application d'un produit capillaire, comprenant typiquement un embout d'applicatiori, lequel peut être utilisé pour séparer les cheveux, et des moyens d'étalement, sous forme d'un arrangement de poils, pour répartir de manière appropriée, le produit ainsi appliqué. Dans tous les modes de réalisation illustrés dans ces documents, la séparation des cheveux de part et d'autre d'une raie, l'application du produit au voisinage de la raie, et l'étalement du produit, nécessitent au moins deux passages successifs, ce qui rend l'application longue et fastidieuse. Dans le brevet US-A-2 865 383 est décrit un dispositif d'application d'un produit sur les cheveux, et selon lequel le produit est appliqué au moyen d'une brosse rotative. Selon ce dispositif, la brosse réalise l'application du produit sur le cuir chevelu, sans toutefois pouvoir l'étaler de manière satisfaisante. En outre, le mécanisme est complexe et coûteux à réaliser.
Le document US-A-4 211 247 décrit un dispositif de coloration des mèches constitué d'un moyen de prélèvement de la mèche à traiter en combinaison avec un moyen d'application du produit sur la mèche. Un tel dispositif est particulièrement compliqué à utiliser et nécessite notamment au moins deux passages pour chaque application. En outre, en raison de la disposition des moyens d'application et des moyens d'étalement, une partie du produit appliqué peut échapper à l'action des moyens d'étalement, et se répandre de manière inadéquate.
Aussi, est-ce un des objets de la présente invention que de fournir un dispositif d'application d'un produit capillaire, résolvant en tout ou partie, les problèmes discutés ci-avant en référence aux dispositifs discutés ci-avant. 2 application, that it is impossible to carry out the three operations mentioned above, with the same gesture. au premier. Ce mode de réalisation est particulièrement avantageux en ce qu'il permet, l'utilisation dans un sens ou dans un autre, sans changer l'orientation de l'ensemble. Ainsi, on réalise un premier passage du dispositif sur une première zone, en le déplaçant du front vers la nuque. On décale l'ensemble latéralement, de manière à atteindre une zone voisine, et on fait un second passage du dispositif, en le déplaçant cette fois de la nuque vers le front, et ainsi de suite. L'utilisatrice n'a pas à modifier sa prise en main de l'ensemble, ce qui facilite de manière sensible le processus d'application. Les moyens de séparation correspondant à un sens de déplacement du dispositif peuvent, dans le sens inverse de déplacement du dispositif, faire office de moyen d'étalement, et vice versa.
Lesdits premiers moyens peuvent étre constitués au moins en partie, d'une première extrémité effilée d'une enceinte formée par ledit dispositif, et à
l'intérieur de laquelle, ou à la surface de laquelle, débouche une extrémité
libre dudit embout d'application, une face de ladite enceinte située en regard de ladite extrémité libre, formant ladite face d'application, ladite enceinte ayant une section dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction dudit mouvement, diminuant en largeur, en direction de ladite première extrémité.

Ainsi que mentionné précédemment, l'embout d'application peut faire partie intégrante du dispositif, ou être constitué d'un élément auxiliaire monté sur le récipient, et sur lequel est monté le dispositif selon l'invention.
De préférence, le plan dans lequel est située ladite face d'application, forme avec l'axe X, un angle a, inférieur ou égal à 90°. Un angle légèrement aigu (de l'ordre de 70° à
85°) permet de faciliter le geste à l'application.
1o des troisièmes moyens peuvent être constitués d'un arrangement de poils situé
à l'opposé de ladite première extrémité. Un tel arrangement de poils peut être disposé de façon sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction dudit mouvement (voire légèrement incliné), ou former un V dont le sommet est orienté à
l'opposé
de ladite première extrémité. De tels poils peuvent être moulés avec le reste du dispositif, ou être implantés par des techniques d'encollage notamment, similaires à celles utilisées pour le montage des poils sur les pinceaux. Le décalage, selon l'axe de déplacement du dispositif, des trois moyens constitutifs du dispositif est tout particulièrement avantageux, en ce qu'il permet au produit appliqué de se répandre un peu avant d'être soumis à l'action des moyens d'étalement, améliorant ainsi la couverture du produit sur la base des cheveux.
De préférence, les troisièmes moyens sont constituês d'une face de l'enceinte opposée à ladite extrémité effilée.
Cette alternative est particulièrement avantageuse du point de vue du coût de revient. De la même manière que pour l'arrangement de poils, la face de l'enceinte peut être disposée de façon sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction dudit mouvement (voire légèrement inclinée), ou former un V dont le sommet est orienté à l'opposé de ladite première extrémité.

Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, les moyens d'étalement sont constitués d'une première paroi intermédiaire située entre les seconds moyens et la première extrémité, et d'une seconde paroi située entre les seconds moyens et la seconde extrémité, lesdites première et seconde parois ayant un bord libre situé au voisinage du plan de la face d'application de l'enceinte. Ce mode de réalisation permet de pouvoir étaler le produit aussitôt après application, ce qui améliore de façon sensible la qualité et l'efficacité de l'application De préférence, selon l'invention, lesdites premiêre et seconde parois sont disposées de façon sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction dudit mouvement.
Alternativement, elles forment un V dont le sommet est orienté à l'opposé des seconds moyens.
Lesdites première et seconde parois peuvent être formées d'un arrangement de poils. Un tel mode de réalisation offre plus de douceur à l'application.
De préférence, l'enceinte est dêlimitée par un arrangement de poils, dont les extrémités libres s'écartent par rapport à l'axe X, en direction de ladite face ouverte. Avec les poils ainsi disposés, la première extrémitê effilêe de l'enceinte est utilisée "à rebrousse poils", et sert à
séparer les cheveux de part et d'autre d'une raie, tandis que la seconde extrémité est utilisée "dans le sens des poils" pour étaler le produit sur la base des cheveux. Les poils sont toutefois de préférence, disposés de manière suffisamment rapprochée de manière â former au moins entre les moyens d'application et les moyens d'étalement, un bord "quasi continu", c'est à dire apte à former une barrière pour le produit à appliquer.
De préférence, ladite enceinte est délimitée au moins en partie par des parois souples, rigides, ou semi-rigides. A
titre d'exemple, le dispositif est obtenu de moulage d'un matériau thermoplastique, choisi notamment parmi les polyéthylènes ou les polypropylènes.
De préférence, selon l'invention, des moyens sont prévus pour, lorsque le dispositif est en contact d'application sur une surface à traiter, pouvoir modifier l'orientation de ladite face d'application. De tels moyens peuvent comporter une rotule ou un soufflet formé par une partie de l'enceinte. Un tel arrangement facilite de manière sensible la gestuelle d'application du produit sur les cheveux, quel que soit le point d'application.
Les seconds moyens peuvent être constitués d'une jupe cylindrique apte à recevoir un embout d'application surmontant ledit récipient. La jupe cylindrique est de 10 préférence, de diamètre interne apte à permettre son montage en force sur ledit embout.
Les seconds moyens peuvent former un embout d'application apte à être monté sur un col ouvert surmontant ledit récipient . Un tel embout d' application peut être monté sur le col ouvert du récipient par serrage ou par vissage.
De préférence, selon l'invention, on réalise également un ensemble de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit capillaire caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un dispositif de séparation, d'application et d'étalement selon l'invention. Avantageusement, la sortie du produit est provoquée en exerçant une pression sur les parois déformables du récipient contenant le produit.
L'invention consiste, mises à part les dispositions exposées ci-dessus, en un certain nombre d'autres dispositions qui seront explicitées ci-après, à propos d'exemples de réalisation non limitatifs, décrits en référence aux figures annexées, parmi lesquelles - les figures 1A et 1B illustrent un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention;
- les figures 2A et 2B illustrent un second mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention;
- les figures 3A et 3B illustrent un troisième mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention;
- les figures 4A et 4B illustrent un quatrième mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention;
- la figure 5 illustre un cinquième mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention; et - la figure 6 illustre encore un autre mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention.
Les figures 1A et 1B auxquelles il est maintenant fait référence, illustrent un ensemble de conditionnement et d'application 100, comportant un récipient 101 d'axe X, sur lequel est monté un dispositif 1 selon une première forme de réalisation. Le récipient 101 est réalisé sous forme d'un flacon, généralement cylindrique. Le récipient 101 comprend un corps 102 formé par des parois déformables 103, lequel corps 102 est surmonté d'un col 104 délimitant une ouverture. Le col comporte un filetage extérieur apte à coopérer avec le filetage prévu sur une surface interne d'un embout d'application 105. L'embout d'application 105 est situé sensiblement dans l'axe X du récipient, et comporte une partie 107 destinée au vissage de l'embout sur le col du récipient 101. La partie 107 se prolonge par une partie cylindrique droite 106 s'étendant sur environ deux tiers de la hauteur de l'embout, laquelle partie 106 se termine par une portion 109 de section décroissante jusqu'à une extrémité libre délimitant un orifice de sortie 108. L'embout d'application comporte un canal intérieur pour mettre en communication l'orifice de sortie 108 avec le contenu du récipient 101.
Le dispositif 1 comporte une enceinte 2 sous la forme générale d'un bec.
L'enceinte comporte une paroi 3 sensiblement parallèle à l'axe X. A l'opposé
de la paroi 3, l'enceinte forme une extrémité effilée 4. L'enceinte 2 présente une face ouverte 5 délimitée par un bord continu 9 disposé dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe X, et délimitant une face d'application 150, co'incidant avec la face ouverte 5. La portion de bord continu 9, située axialement entre l'orifice 108 et la paroi 3, empêche le produit appliqué au travers de l'orifice 108, de se répandre en dehors du champ d'action des moyens d'étalement 3 auxquels il sera fait référence plus en détail par la suite.

Dans la face 10 de l'enceinte, opposée à la face ouverte 5, débouche une cheminée axiale 7 de diamètre interne légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur de la partie 106 de l'embout d'application 105 de manière à
permettre un montage en force du dispositif 1 sur l'embout d'application 105. L'orifice de sortie 108 est situé ,sensiblement au voisinage, (en réalité légèrement en dessous) du plan contenant le bord 9 de l'enceinte. Le dispositif est obtenu d'une seule pièce par moulage d'un matériau thermoplastique, notamment un polypropylène ou un polyéthylène.
Dans ce mode de réalisation, l'extrémité effilée 4 permet de séparer les cheveux de part et d'autre d'une raies L'embout d'application 105, permet l'application du produit. Le bord libre de la paroi 3 permet d'étaler le produit sur la base des cheveux au voisinage de la raie. Pour utiliser un tel ensemble, l'utilisatrice retourne le récipient, et place l'extrémité 4 sur la chevelure au voisinage du front par exemple, tout en maintenant le bord 9 délimitant la face d'application en contact avec le crâne. Elle appûie sur les parois déformables du récipient, de manière à provoquer la sortie sous pression du produit via l'orifice 108. Elle déplace le dispositif selon un mouvement dirigé vers la nuque, tout en maintenant la face ouverte 5 de l'enceinte, à plat sur le crâne.
L'extrémité 4 ouvre le passage et forme une raie au creux de laquelle le produit est déposé via l'orifice 108. La face 3 ferme le passage, et son bord libre produit l'étalement du produit sur la base des cheveux. L'utilisatrice r eplace ensuite le dispositif au point de départ, décalé latéralement par rapport au premier point de départ, et recommence le même mouvement pour ainsi traiter une zone voisine, et ce jusqu'à traitement complet de l'ensemble des racines.
Dans le mode de réalisation des figures 2A et 2B, le dispositif présente également une cheminée axiale 7, apte à recevoir par montage auto serrant, un embout de distribution 105 vissé sur le col d'un récipient 101. A partir de l'extrémité de la cheminée 7, opposée à l'extrémité libre, la section de l'enceinte varie continûment pour se terminer sur une face ouverte 5 délimitée par un bord 9 disposé dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe X, et dont la section forme sensiblement un losange. La face ouverte 5 forme également la face d'application 150. Le dispositif présente sur le grand axe du losange, deux extrémités effilées 4, 40, sensiblement identiques, et orientées à l'opposé
l'une de l'autre. L'orifice de sortie 108 de l'embout d'application 105 est situé
sensiblement au voisinage du plan contenant le bord 9 de l'enceinte.
Le dispositif 1 comprend également, de part et d'âutre de l'embout d'application 105, deux parois 11, 12, disposées sensiblement perpendiculairement au grand axe du losange. Lesdites parois 11, 12, ont leur bord libre 13, 14, situé
sensiblement au niveau du plan délimité par le bord 9.
Selon ce mode de réalisation, l'extrémité 4 sert de moyen de séparation des cheveux, lorsque le dispositif est utilisé dans un premier sens (par exemple du front vers la nuque). Dans ce sens d'utilisation, représenté schématiquement à

la figure 2B, le produit appliqué via l'embout 108 est étalé par le bord libre de la plaque 11, la face d'application 150 du dispositif étant maintenu sensiblement à plat sur le crâne de l'utilisatrice. Eventuellement, l'étalement est amélioré par l'extrémité 40 de l'enceinte. Une fois arrivé dans le bas de la nuque, sans modifier la prise en main du récipient 101, l'utilisatrice inverse seulement le sens du déplacement, et remonte vers le front. Cette fois, l'extrémité 40 fait office de séparateur des cheveux. Le produit appliqué est étalé par le bord libre 14 de la plaque 12, lequel étalement est éventuellement amélioré par le passage de l'extrémité 4, et ainsi de suite jusqu'à couverture 10 totale de la surface à traiter. Ce mode de réalisation est particulièrement avantageux, en ce qu'il permet d'optimiser la gestuelle et le confort à
l'utilisation.
Le mode de réalisation des figures 3A et 3B est similaire au mode de réalisation des figures 1A et 1B. Toutefois, dans ce mode de réalisation, la paroi 3 qui faisait office d'étaleur dans le mode dé réalisation des figures 1 A et 1 B, est remplacée par deux rangées de poils 15, 16, parallèles entre elles, les extrémités libres des poils s'écartant légèrement par rapport à l'axe X du récipient, tout en étant suffisamment rapprochés entre eux pour, en position d'application, former barrière pour le produit. Les poils peuvent être obtenus de moulage avec le dispositif, ou être montés par collage, agrafage, ou autre technique appropriée. De même, et à la différence du premier mode de réalisation où le bord libre 9 était situé dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe du flacon, dans ce mode de réalisation, le plan contenant le bord libre 9 est légèrement incliné par rapport à la perpendiculaire à l'axe X. Typiquement, l'angle a, entre l'axe X et le bord libre est de l'ordre de 70° à 85°. Un tel angle facilite le geste d'application du produit. En outre, l'embout d'application 105 forme partie intégrante du dispositif 2, avec lequel il est obtenu de moulage d'un matériau tel qu'un polypropylène. Le mode de réalisation des figures 4A et 4B diffère de celui des figures 2A et 2B, en ce que l'enceinte 2 du dispositif 1 est circonscrite par un arrangement de poils, notamment synthétiques, 16 dont les extrémités libres s'écartent par rapport à l'axe X, en direction de ladite face ouverte, de manière à délimiter un volume similaire au volume du dispositif des figures 2A et 2B. Les poils sont suffisamment rapprochés pour former une barrière continue apte à retenir le produit à l'intérieur de l'enceinte, jusqu'à leur passage sous les moyens d'étalement. Les poils sont montés sur le bord libre de la cheminée axiale 7, dont la section, à cet endroit est de forme allongée. Avec les poils ainsi disposés, pour un mouvement de l'ensemble dans un premier sens, la première extrémité effilée 4 de l'enceinte est utilisée "à rebrousse poils", et sert à
séparer les cheveux de part et d'autre d'une raie, tandis que la seconde extrémité 40 est utilisée "dans le sens des poils" pour étaler le produit sur la base des cheveux. La fonction respective de chacune des extrémités 4, 40 se trouve ensuite inversée lorsque le dispositif 1 est déplacé dans l'autre sens.
Dans le mode de réalisation de la figure 5, la conception est voisine à celle illustrée dans les figures 2A-2B. Toutefois, dans ce mode de réalisation, la paroi de l'enceinte 2 forme entre la cheminée axiale 7 et le bord libre 9 délimitant la surface ouverte 5, un soufflet 17, de manière à faciliter le positionnement multidirectionnel du dispositif sur le crâne, quel que soit le point d'application. Cette disposition facilite le maintien de la face ouverte 5 en appui sur le crâne. D'autres moyens, notamment une rotule, pourraient être envisagées pour réaliser cette méme fonction. Par ailleurs, le dispositif est, dans sa forme et dans son fonctionnement similaire à ce qui a été décrit en référence aux figures 2A et 2B.
Dans le mode de réalisation de la figure 6, le dispositif 1 est formé d'une surface pleine, bombée en creux, formant la surface d'application 150 et délimitée par le bord continu 9. La courbure de la surface d'application correspond à la courbure moyenne du crâne. La surface d'application 150 présente deux extrémités effilées 4, et 40, alignées avec l'axe du mouvement d'application. Figures 1A and 1B to which reference is now made, illustrate a packaging and application unit 100, comprising a container 101 of axis X, on which is mounted a device 1 according to a first form of production. The container 101 is produced in the form of a bottle, generally cylindrical. The container 101 comprises a body 102 formed by walls deformable 103, which body 102 is surmounted by a collar 104 defining a opening. The neck has an external thread capable of cooperating with the thread provided on an internal surface of an application tip 105. The tip 105 is located substantially in the X axis of the container, and includes a part 107 intended for screwing the end piece onto the neck of the container 101. The part 107 is extended by a straight cylindrical part 106 extending over about two thirds of the height of the tip, which part 106 ends through a portion 109 of decreasing section up to a free end delimiting an outlet 108. The application nozzle has an internal channel for connect the outlet 108 with the contents of the container 101.
The device 1 comprises an enclosure 2 in the general form of a spout.
The enclosure has a wall 3 substantially parallel to the axis X. Opposite of the wall 3, the enclosure forms a tapered end 4. The enclosure 2 has a open face 5 delimited by a continuous edge 9 arranged in a plane substantially perpendicular to the X axis, and delimiting an application face coinciding with the open face 5. The continuous edge portion 9, located axially between the orifice 108 and the wall 3, prevents the product applied to the through orifice 108, to spread outside the field of action of spreading means 3 which will be referred to in more detail by the after.

In the face 10 of the enclosure, opposite the open face 5, opens a axial chimney 7 of internal diameter slightly greater than the diameter outside of the part 106 of the application tip 105 so as to to permit a forced mounting of the device 1 on the application nozzle 105. The orifice of exit 108 is located, substantially in the vicinity, (in reality slightly in below) of the plane containing the edge 9 of the enclosure. The device is obtained in one piece by molding a thermoplastic material, in particular a polypropylene or polyethylene.

Hair can be obtained of molding with the device, or be mounted by gluing, stapling, or other appropriate technique. Likewise, and unlike the first mode of embodiment where the free edge 9 was located in a plane substantially perpendicular to the axis of the bottle, in this embodiment, the plane containing the free edge 9 is slightly inclined relative to the perpendicular to the X axis. Typically, the angle a, between the X axis and the free edge is the order of 70 ° to 85 °. Such an angle facilitates the gesture of applying the product. The embodiment of FIGS. 4A and 4B differs from that of FIGS. 2A and 2B, in that the enclosure 2 of the device 1 is circumscribed by an arrangement of bristles, in particular synthetic bristles, 16 of which the free ends deviate by relative to the X axis, in the direction of said open face, so as to delimit a volume similar to the volume of the device in FIGS. 2A and 2B. The hairs are sufficiently close together to form a continuous barrier capable of retaining the produced inside the enclosure, until they pass under the means spreading. The bristles are mounted on the free edge of the axial chimney 7, whose section, at this location is elongated. With the hairs as well arranged, for a movement of the assembly in a first direction, the first tapered end 4 of the enclosure is used "against the grain", and is used to to separate the hair on either side of a parting, while the second end 40 is used "in the direction of the pile" to spread the product on the basis of hair. The respective function of each of the ends 4, 40 is found then reversed when the device 1 is moved in the other direction.
In the embodiment of Figure 5, the design is similar to that illustrated in Figures 2A-2B. However, in this embodiment, the wall of the enclosure 2 forms between the axial chimney 7 and the free edge 9 delimiting the open surface 5, a bellows 17, so as to facilitate the multidirectional positioning of the device on the skull, whatever the point application. This arrangement facilitates the maintenance of the open face 5 in support on the skull. Other means, including a ball joint, could be envisaged to achieve this same function. Furthermore, the device is, in its form and in its functioning similar to what has been described in reference to Figures 2A and 2B.
In the embodiment of Figure 6, the device 1 is formed of solid surface, hollowed out, forming the application surface 150 and bounded by the continuous edge 9. The curvature of the application surface corresponds to the average curvature of the skull. Application surface 150 has two tapered ends 4, and 40, aligned with the axis of the movement application. The two tapered ends form a means of separating the hair for each of the two directions of movement of the device on the skull.
The application surface also has two tapered ends 151, 152, aligned substantially along an axis perpendicular to the axis of movement of the device on the skull. These two ends define the maximum width spreading of the product. Significantly in the middle of the application face 150, opens an orifice 108 for the arrival of the product. The outlet 108 is in communication with a sleeve 153 intended for mounting the device 1 on the container containing the product to be applied. The sleeve 153 is connected to each ends 4, 40 by a blade 154, oriented in the axis of movement of the device, and able to keep the hair separated during the application of the product.
Thus, according to this embodiment, when the device is moved in a first direction, the hair is separated by means of the end 4. The product 4 is applied via port 108. The product is spread mainly by the portion surface 155 extending from orifice 108 to the vicinity of the end opposite 40. When the device is moved in the direction of application reverse, the hair is separated by means of the end 40. The product 4 is spread through hole 108. The product is applied mainly by the portion of surface 156 extending from orifice 108 to the vicinity of the end opposite 4.
In the foregoing detailed description, reference has been made to modes of preferred embodiments of the invention. It is obvious that variants can there be made without departing from the spirit of the invention as claimed this-after.

Claims

1. - Device (1) for applying a hair product to the base of hair comprising: first means (4, 40) capable of separating the hair on the part and on the other side of a line; second means (7, 105, 108) forming a tip application intended to be mounted on an X axis container (101), containing said product, or capable of receiving an application tip (105) surmounting said container, so as to allow application of product so localized in the vicinity of the line and; third means (3, 11, 12, 15, 16, 155, 156) to spread the applied product, on the basis of the hair located on the side and else of the line, said first, second and third means being arranged to so as to allow, during the same movement of the device, to carry out the hair separation, product application, and product spreading, the device comprising an application face intended to come into engagement with the skull, said face being circumscribed by a continuous edge extending at less compared to the second and third pleas.

9. - Device according to claim 8 characterized in that the mean plane in which said application face is located, forms with the axis X, an angle .alpha., less than or equal to 90 °.

10. - Device according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that said third means (3, 11, 12, 15, 16) consist of an arrangement of fur (15, 16) located opposite said first end (4).

11. - Device according to claim 10 characterized in that said arrangement of hairs is arranged substantially perpendicular to the direction of said movement, even slightly inclined, or forms a V whose vertex is oriented opposite to said first end (4).

12. - Device according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that said third means (3, 11, 12, 15, 16) consist of a face (3) of the enclosure (2) opposite said tapered end (4).

13. - Device according to claim 12 characterized in that said face (3) of the enclosure is arranged substantially perpendicular to the direction of said movement, or forms a V whose apex is oriented opposite to said first end (4).

14. - Device according to claim 8 characterized in that said first means (4, 40) further consist of a second tapered end (40) of said enclosure (2), located opposite the first (4), the section of said enclosure decreasing in width, towards said second end (40), the hair being separated on either side of a part, by the first tapered end (4) when the device is moved in a first direction, and by the second tapered end (40), when the device is moved in a second sense opposite to the first.

15. - Device according to claim 14 characterized in that said third means (3, 11, 12, 15, 16) consist of a first wall intermediate (12) located between the second means (7, 105) and the first end (4), and a second wall (11) located between the second means (7, 105) and the second end (40), said first and second walls having a free edge (13, 14) located in the vicinity of the plane of the face (5) of the enclosure (2).

16. - Device according to claim 15 characterized in that said first and second walls (11, 12) are arranged substantially perpendicular to the direction of said movement, or form a V whose vertex is oriented opposite the second means (7, 105).

17. - Device according to claim 15 or 16 characterized in that said first and second walls (11, 12) are formed of an arrangement of bristles.

18. - Device according to any one of claims 8 to 17, characterized in that said enclosure (2) is delimited by an arrangement of bristles (16), the free ends of which deviate from the X axis in the direction of said face (5).

19. - Device according to any one of claims 8 to 17 characterized in that said enclosure (2) is delimited at least in part by walls flexible, rigid, or semi-rigid.

20. - Device according to claim 19 characterized in that it is obtained of molding of a thermoplastic material.

23. Device according to claim 22, characterized in that said means (17) comprise a ball joint or a bellows (17) formed by a part of the enclosure.

24. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 23, characterized in that the second means consist of a cylindrical skirt (7) capable of receiving an application tip (105) surmounting said container (101).
