Abstract

On raffine des produits pétroliers dans un système d'hydrocraquage intégré comprenant une étape d'hydrocraquage (1) suivie par une étape de déparaffinage (16). Les matières dont le point d'ébullition est celui de l'huile de lubrification ou du distillat moyen peuvent être déparaffinés. Les courants de queue de distillation (34) et éventuellement les autres provenant de chaque étape peuvent être maintenus séparés les uns des autres au cours du traitement. Le déparaffinage peut s'effectuer à l'aide de catalyseurs d'hydroisomérisation ou de catalyseur à sélectivité de forme ou les deux en série. Dans un mode de réalisation, on utilise un déflecteur (14) dans la zone de flash d'une colonne de fractionnement (13) pour séparer les courants de queue de distillation les uns des autres. On peut également traiter séparément l'effluent (4) provenant de l'étape d'hydrocraquage de l'effluent (18) provenant de l'étape de déparaffinage. La fraction de queue de distillation provenant de l'étape de déparaffinage peut être renvoyée pour recyclage dans l'étape d'hydrocraquage pour être encore traitée ou utilisée en tant que fraction de distillation dont sont tirées les huiles de lubrification.
