Abstract

L'invention concerne des buses de pulvérisation par air à charge par induction, destinées à être utilisées avec des liquides, solutions, suspensions ou émulsions conductrices. Ces systèmes se caractérisent par un niveau élevé de charge de pulvérisation à une tension ou un courant d'électrode à faible induction, et présentent l'avantage principal de pouvoir être utilisés de manière fiable et adaptée dans des environnements industriels et agricoles difficiles, avec une grande plage de formulations de pulvérisation, en particulier celles présentant des concentrations relativement élevées de matériaux conducteurs et abrasifs. Les surfaces externes du corps (1) des buses, à proximité des raccords avec les parties atomiseurs à la terre, sont maintenues à un potentiel flottant ou proche de la terre. Les surfaces de la partie couvrante (2) adjacente à l'électrode d'induction (18) sont maintenues à un potentiel proche de celui de l'électrode (18). Un chemin hautement résistif est maintenu entre les parties haute et basse tension de la buse et la tension de l'électrode ou le niveau de charge de pulvérisation ne diminue pas sensiblement à mesure que les surfaces de la buse sont recouvertes par le jet de pulvérisation ou sont contaminées par les matériaux conducteurs présents dans l'environnement de pulvérisation.
