Abstract

La présente invention concerne une charpente de construction modulaire comprenant des sous-cadres structuraux et des plaques de liaison. Les sous-cadres sont de construction ouverte et ils sont fabriqués en taille normalisée pour réduire le nombre d'éléments nécessaires pour une construction. Les plaques de liaison sont de trois types: sablière d'avant-toit (22), plaque faîtière (33) et plaque de bordure (21). Cette charpente de construction modulaire peut être facilement étendue à deux niveaux ou davantage. La même charpente peut former des murs, des planchers et le toit.
