Abstract

La présente invention appelée ~ sachet-dispensateur de mouchoirs jetables ~ cons titue des améliorations de l'invention intitulée ~ dispensateur de mouchoirs jetables ~ dé posée le 25/05/1994 ayant fait l'objet de la demande de brevet numéro 2124246. Les améliorations se situent au niveau de la confection du sachet-recharge. La première amélioration simplifie les soudures des extrémités perpendiculaires au sens de défilement de la bande. Contrairement à la méthode antérieurement utilisée où le s petits côtés étaient rabattus vers l'intérieur avant d'effectuer la soudure, ils sont dorénav ant laissés libres ce qui engendre une soudure comportant deux extrémités aig~es. La seconde amélioration simplifie la soudure parallèle au sens de défilement de la bande. La méthode antérieurement utilisée superposait les deux bords de la bande tel que c es derniers se trouvaient de part et d'autre de la soudure, un bord par dessus l'autre (un côté de la bande contre l'autre côté); dorénavant les deux bords du côté de la bande en contact avec les mouchoirs sont accolés. La troisième amélioration se situe au niveau de l'ouverture permettant le passag e des mouchoirs. Elle peut être dorénavant obtenue par deux soudures parallèles, la pl us proche des mouchoirs étant interrompue pour laisser passer les mouchoirs, la mise en foncti on du sachetrecharge étant obtenue par le bris de la soudure-sceau parallèle voisine grâce à une encoche permettant d'en amorcer la rupture.The present invention called ~ sachet-dispenser of disposable tissues ~ constitutes improvements to the invention entitled ~ dispenser of disposable tissues ~ deposited on 05/25/1994 which was the subject of patent application number 2124246. DES~RIPTION DE L'INVE~NTION

Le sachet-recharge est obtenu avec une ou deux bandes de matériau thermosoudable dont les qualités sont exposée dans l'invention ayant fait l'obiet de la ~lem~nfle de brevet numéro 50 2124246. Dans le cas de la bande unique, l'obtention de la fente de passage des mouchoirs est obtenue par un agencement des soudures, une des soudures servant de sceau; dans le cas des 2 bandes, la fente est obtenue par une décollpe sur une des deux bandes, ladite découpe étant obturée par un ruban adhésif faisant fonction de sceau.

D'après la figure 1, la bande unique 1 est formée en tube épousant la forme rectan~ulaire infligée par les mouchoirs interfoliés. Dans le sens de déroulement de la bande représenté par la flèche, les soudures 2 et 3 sont séparées par 2 encoches 4 permettant l'amorce de la rupture obtenue en tirant avec les doigts sur la partie S de la soudure 3.
Les déchirements 6 obtenus par cette traction est illustré sur la figure 2; l'ouverture obtenue permet 60 la préhension du mouchoir 7 que l'on aperçoit sur la figure 2b. Les 4 pointes 8 sont obtenues lors de l'execution de la soudure 9, I'opération ne necessitant pas d'outils particwlier sinon un couteau ch~llff~nt, lesdites pointes découlant du processus conventionnel de fermeture de sachet remplis et défilant en continu.
l,a figure 3 permet de voir l'empillage des mouchoirs dans un sachet, les détails 3b et 3c illustrent les soudures 2 et 3 avant et apres déchirement de cette dernière permettant le passage du mouchoir 7.
La figure 4 représente une variante de l'invention, le sachet-recharge étant obtenu avec deux bandes 10 et 11. Ces deux bandes sont assemblées par deux soudures 13 dans le sens de déroulement des bandes indiqué par la flèche. La bande 11 comporte une fente 14 illustrée sur la figure 5, laquelle 70 fente est obturée par un ruban adhésif 12 servant de sceau de protection. La partie 13 du ruban adhésif 12 n'est pas gommée afin de permettre sa préhension pour le décoller. RIPTION OF DRAWINGS

IN ~ RIPTION OF THE INVE ~ NTION

The refill bag is obtained with one or two strips of heat-sealable material, the qualities are exposed in the invention having been the object of the ~ lem ~ nfle of patent number 50 2124246. In the case of the single strip, obtaining the handkerchief slot is obtained by an arrangement of the welds, one of the welds serving as a seal; in the case of 2 strips, the slit is obtained by a décollpe on one of the two strips, said cut being closed by an adhesive tape acting as a seal.

According to Figure 1, the single strip 1 is formed into a tube conforming to the rectan shape ~ inflicted inflection by interleaved tissues. In the direction of unwinding of the strip represented by the arrow, the welds 2 and 3 are separated by 2 notches 4 allowing the initiation of the rupture obtained by pulling with your fingers on part S of the weld 3.
The tears 6 obtained by this traction is illustrated in Figure 2; the opening obtained allows 60 gripping the handkerchief 7 that can be seen in Figure 2b. FIG. 4 represents a variant of the invention, the refill bag being obtained with two strips 10 and 11. These two strips are assembled by two welds 13 in the direction of unwinding of the bands indicated by the arrow. The strip 11 has a slot 14 illustrated in FIG. 5, which 70 slot is closed by an adhesive tape 12 serving as a protective seal. Part 13 of the ribbon adhesive 12 is not erased in order to allow it to be grasped in order to peel it off.
