Cette amorce de rupture aurait pu, de manière similaire, être réalisée par un amincissement de matière obtenu par exemple par soudure de l'étiquette à la paroi de l'enveloppe. Cette étiquette 3 est munie à une extrémité d'une zone 4 de préhension. Cette zone de préhension peut être réalisée au moyen d'une languette, d'un onglet, non adhésif. Cette zone de préhension permet de saisir l'étiquette 3 et d'exercer sur cette dernière une force de traction suivant une direction D prédéterminée lors de la tentative de séparation de l'étiquette de la paroi du conditionnement, en particulier lors de la tentative de décollement de l'étiquette de la paroi du conditionnement lorsque cette étiquette est une étiquette adhésive. Le tirage de l'étiquette suivant cette direction D prédéterminée, fonction de la position de la zone de préhension sur ladite étiquette, permet d'obtenir au moins une déchirure de l'enveloppe à partir de ladite amorce de rupture 2. Cette déchirure conduit à réaliser, dans la paroi de l'enveloppe, une ouverture 7 à travers laquelle les produits contenus dans le conditionnement 1 peuvent être extraits. Ces déchirures vont se développer lors de la poursuite du tirage de l'étiquette 3 jusqu'à une butée dite de fin de course qui délimitera ainsi un bord de l'ouverture 7 ménagée dans la paroi de l'enveloppe. Dans l'état de la technique, cette butée de fin de course était constituée par une soudure du conditionnement 1 ou par une zone de plus grande adhérence de l'étiquette. Dans le dispositif, objet de l'invention, cette butée de fin de course est constituée par un empiècement 5 rapporté et fixé sur une partie du dos de l'étiquette. On appelle dos de l'étiquette, la face non apparente de l'étiquette. Cet empiècement 5, destiné à rester à demeure sur la paroi de l'enveloppe, une fois l'étiquette solidarisée à la paroi de ladite enveloppe, présente d'une part une face d'adhérence à la paroi de l'enveloppe suffisamment adhésive pour empêcher tout décollement de l'empiècement, en particulier lors d'un effort de traction exercé sur ledit empiècement par l'ensemble formé de l'étiquette et de la paroi de l'enveloppe, cet empiècement présentant en outre une résistance à la rupture suffisante pour résister à l'effort de traction exercé par l'ensemble formé de l'étiquette et de la paroi de l'enveloppe lors de la réalisation de l'ouverture 7 formant ainsi une barrière infranchissable à ladite paroi de l'enveloppe. Grâce à cette disposition, l'étiquette présente au moins deux couches, à savoir une première couche formant la face apparente de l'étiquette et une seconde couche non apparente intégrant la butée de fin de course. Ce cadre délimite ainsi une fenêtre 6 constituant la zone de l'étiquette venant à recouvrement de- l'amorce 2 de rupture de la paroi d'enveloppe. On obtient ainsi une étiquette qui est une étiquette adhésive du type repositionnable sur l'ouverture 7 ménagée dans le conditionnement après tirage de ladite étiquette. La fermeture obtenue est une fermeture de préférence étanche, l'étiquette étant positionnée pour venir recouvrir la totalité de l'ouverture 7 ménagée dans la paroi 2 et s'étendre au- delà de ladite ouverture. Cette ouverture 7 correspond finalement au périmètre intérieur de l'empiècement 5. Cette étiquette 3, pré-équipée de son empiècement, est, avant positionnement sur la paroi d'enveloppe, stockée à l'état bobiné sur une bande support pelable. Ainsi, cette étiquette 3 peut être posée de manière entièrement automatisée sur un tel conditionnement. La pose de l'étiquette peut se faire par utilisation de techniques de pose traditionnelles telles que par léchage. L'empiècement 5 est quant à lui constitué par une découpe d'une bande continue adhésive. Cette découpe issue d'une bande continue est positionnée en automatique sur la face adhésive de l'étiquette. L'ensemble ainsi formé de l'étiquette, de sa zone 4 de préhension, et de l'empiècement 5, est alors prêt à être posé en automatique sur un conditionnement quelconque en un emplacement quelconque. Bien évidemment, dans le cas où le conditionnement serait réalisé à partir d'un film mono-orienté, il conviendra de positionner l'étiquette de manière telle que la direction D de tirage de l'étiquette coïncide avec l'orientation du film. Lorsque l'étiquette atteint, au cours de sa séparation, l'amorce 2 de rupture ménagée dans la paroi du conditionnement, elle commence alors à entraîner la partie de paroi devant être ouverte. Cet entraînement se poursuit jusqu'à ce que l'ensemble formé de l'étiquette 3 et de la paroi déchirée atteigne la partie 5A de l'empiècement qui forme alors une barrière empêchant toute poursuite de la déchirure et constitue une butée que la déchirure vient heurter. Cette partie 5A de l'empiècement marque ainsi la fin de l'ouverture 7 délimitée dans le conditionnement 1. L'étiquette demeure ainsi constamment attachée au sachet. La fermeture peut être obtenue par simple repositionnement de l'étiquette adhésive sur les parties 5B et éventuellement 5C de l'empiècement. Dispositif pour ouvrir et généralement fermer un conditionnement (1), en particulier un sachet délimité au moyen d'une enveloppe à base d'un matériau, tel qu'un film, de préférence mono orienté, susceptible d'être déchiré pour l'ouverture dudit conditionnement, ce dispositif incluant une étiquette (3) positionnable, de manière solidaire et à recouvrement de la paroi d'enveloppe, en correspondance avec une amorce (2) de rupture, telle qu'une entaille, une préfente, un amincissement de matière de ladite enveloppe, cette étiquette (3) étant munie à une extrémité d'une zone (4) de préhension, telle qu'une languette, un onglet, non adhésive de manière à provoquer par tirage de l'étiquette (3) suivant une direction (D) prédéterminée, de préférence parallèle à l'orientation du film constitutif de l'enveloppe, au moins une déchirure de l'enveloppe à partir de ladite amorce (2), conduisant à réaliser, dans la paroi de l'enveloppe, une ouverture (7) à travers laquelle les produits contenus dans le conditionnement (1) peuvent être extraits, cette déchirure se développant lors de la poursuite du tirage sur l'étiquette (3) jusqu'à une butée dite de fin de course délimitant un bord de l'ouverture (7) ménagée dans la paroi de l'enveloppe, caractérisé en ce que la butée de fin de course est intégrée à l'étiquette (3) et se présente sous forme d'un empiècement (5) rapporté et fixé, de manière de préférence séparable, sur au moins une partie du dos de l'étiquette (3), au moins une partie (5A) de cet empiècement (5) étant positionné sur la trajectoire suivie par l'ensemble étiquette/paroi de l'enveloppe au cours du tirage de l'étiquette (3) et marquant la fin de la progression de l'ensemble étiquette/paroi, cette partie (5A) de l'empiècement (5) étant, pour remplir sa fonction de barrière infranchissable par la partie de paroi d'enveloppe déchirée entraînée par l'étiquette, réalisée en un matériau résistant à la rupture sous l'action du tirage exercé par l'ensemble formé au moins par l'étiquette et la paroi de l'enveloppe lors de la réalisation de l'ouverture (7).1.
