Abstract

The invention relates to an opening/closing system (4), particularly for packaging bags (2), having a planar base part (7) that delimits, at least in part, an opening (8) across which this base part (7) has guiding means (10) that are parallel to the opening (8) and interact with the guiding means (12) of a slider (9) whereby enabling the opening (8) to be closed or left open. The invention is characterized in that the opening (8), before first use, is at least partially closed by a layer (13) of material and that the slider (9) has a slide (14) oriented toward the opening (8) and enabling the layer (13) of material to be at least partially destroyed in order to open the opening (8) when the slide (9) is displaced for the first time.

Description

SYSTEM for opening / SEALING BAGS FOR PACKAGING

The present invention relates to a system for opening / closing in particular for packaging bags. It is known from document FR 2 833 576 to use systems for opening / closing the packaging bag comprising a flat base piece at least partially defining an opening through it, this base member comprising guide means cooperating with guide means of a slider for closing the opening or leaving free thereof, the planar base member being intended to be fixed to the bag wall such that the opening it defines coincides with an opening in the bag wall. This type of opening / closing system may in particular be fixed facing a precut forming a tear strip at the first use, this precut ensuring the inviolability of the bag, a user can immediately identify if the bag has been open. It appears however that this precut has holes that do not guarantee a satisfactory seal. Moreover, the system of opening / closing itself leaves an unsealed passage at its opening. The sealing of the bag being sought for conservation reasons of content, for example, we must proceed with the establishment of an additional device such as a cap glued or welded and can be removed. However, this type of device is located outside of the bag and can be easily damaged. It is also known to use devices for destroying the wall of the bag itself to a place having no area e weakness. In particular, there may be mentioned documents US 5,167,608, US 6 S 52 436, US 6,273,607, EP 0 485 741. In the devices described in the documents cited above, the cutting is difficult because the wall is recessed from the opening of the device through which passes the cutting member. On the other hand, the wall of the bag must ensure the holding of it is resistant to this écoupe. Accordingly, the present invention aims to provide an opening / closing system in which the seal is improved, only adding no additional external device on the bag and maintaining ease of use and manufacturing celui- this. To this end, the present invention relates to an opening / closing system, in particular for packaging bags of the type comprising a flat base piece at least partially defining an opening through it, this base member comprising means guide parallel to the opening cooperating with guide means of a slider intended to seal or leave open the opening, characterized in that the opening, prior to first use, is sealed at least partially by a layer of material, and in that the slider comprises a slider facing the opening to at least partially destroy the material layer for releasing the opening in the first movement of the slide. This layer of material is located directly in the opening, ensuring optimum position for cutting. Advantageously, the layer of material is molded integrally with the base part. Figure 1 shows a bag 2 which comprises two fixed walls 3 to each other, one of these walls 3 having an opening / closing system 4 fastened to the inner face of an opening 5 of the wall 3. The opening 8 prior to the first use, is closed by a "material layer 13 molded integrally with the base part 7 as cel-a is shown in Figure 2 to 6. the slide 9 has a slider 14 facing the opening S for destroying at least partially the material layer 13 to release the opening 8. A housing 15 for the slider 14 is formed in the layer of "e material 13, the dimensions of this recess 15 being slightly less than the dimensions of the slider 14, celui- latter being force-fitted in the housing. The cursor is located at one end of the slider when the latter is in the closed position of the opening 8, and the housing 15 is also located at one end of the opening 8. In order to facilitate the destruction of the material layer 13 by the cursor 14, the layer of material has a weak zone 16 where its thickness is lower. This zone of weakness 16 extends over substantially the entire length of the opening 8. Preferably, the slider 14 can also abut against the end 17 of the opening 8 opposed to that comprising the housing 15, to limit the slider track 14. the material layer 13 ensures the tightness of the opening 8. the housing 15 is of dimensions smaller than the slider 14, the introduction force of this slider also guaranteeing sealing in housing, which can thus be crossing. The slider 14, in this embodiment, has a parallelepipedal shape which allows a simple construction and enables effective contact against the walls of the housing 15 to ensure proper Sealant,. The shape of the housing 15 is in this case adapted to have a complementary shape. In the embodiment shown, the slide comprises at each of its ends, a gripping tab 18, facilitating the grip by a user. Claims

1. System opening / closing means (4), in particular for bags (2) packaging of the type comprising a base part (7) plane at least partially defining an opening (8) therethrough, the base part (7) comprising guide means (10) parallel to the opening (8) cooperating with guide means (12) of a slider (9) intended to seal or leave open the opening (8), characterized in that the opening (8), prior to first use, is sealed at least partially by a layer of material (13), and in that the slide (9) comprises a slider (14) facing the opening ( 8) for at least partially destroy the material layer (13) to release the opening (8) during the first movement of the slide (9).
2. System (4) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the material layer (13) is molded integrally with the base part (7).

6. System (4) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that housing (15) is situated at one end of the opening (8) and the slider (14) is disposed opposite this housing (15) in the closed position of the slider (14).
7. A packaging bag (2) provided on at least one of its walls (3) of an opening / closing system (4) according to one of claims 1 to 6.
