Description

SYSTEME DOUVERTURE/FERMETURE ETANCHE DESTINE A DES SACS D'EMBALLAGESWATERPROOFING / CLOSING SYSTEM FOR PACKAGING BAGS
En particulier, on peut citer les documents US 5 167 608, US 6 S 52 436, US 6 273 607, EP 0485 741.
Figure imgf000004_0001
The present invention relates to an opening / closing system intended in particular for packaging bags. It is known from document FR 2 833 576 to use systems for opening / closing a packaging bag comprising a flat base part at least partially delimiting an opening through it, this base part comprising guide means cooperating with means for guiding a slide making it possible to close the opening or to leave it free, the flat base part being intended to be fixed to the wall of the bag so that the opening it delimits coincides with an opening in the wall of the bag. This type of opening / closing system can in particular be fixed opposite a pre-cut forming a detachable strip during the first use, this pre-cut thus ensuring the inviolability of the bag, a user being able to immediately identify if the bag has already been open. However, it appears that this precut includes orifices which do not guarantee satisfactory sealing. On the other hand, the opening / closing system itself leaves a leaky passage at its opening. The tightness of the bag being sought, for reasons of conservation of its content for example, it is therefore necessary to install an additional device, such as a glued or welded seal which can be removed. However, this type of device is located on the outside of the bag and can easily be damaged. It is also known to use devices making it possible to destroy the wall of the bag itself, at a place having no zone of weakness. In particular, we can cite the documents US 5,167,608, US 6 S 52,436, US 6,273,607, EP 0485 741. In the devices described in the documents cited above, the cutting turns out to be difficult because the wall is located set back from the opening of the device through which the cutting member passes. On the other hand, the wall of the bag must ensure that it is held is therefore resistant to this cutting. Consequently, the object of the present invention is to provide an opening / closing system whose sealing is improved, by not adding any additional external device to the bag and by retaining the simplicity of use and manufacture of the latter. this. To this end, the subject of the present invention is an opening / closing system, in particular for packaging bags, of the type comprising a flat base part at least partially delimiting an opening through it, this base part comprising means guide parallel to the opening cooperating with means for guiding a slide intended to close or leave free the opening, characterized in that the opening, before the first use, is closed at least partially by a layer of material, and in that the slide comprises a cursor oriented towards the opening making it possible to at least partially destroy the layer of material to release the opening during the first movement of the slide. These provisions make it possible to achieve the above objective. The layer of material can be of determined strength for easy cutting, without having to ensure the holding of the bag. This layer of material is located directly in the opening, ensuring an optimal position for cutting. Advantageously, the layer of material has come from molding with the base part. According to one embodiment, the layer of material has a zone of weakness or its thickness is thinner. Advantageously, the zone of weakness is formed over substantially the entire length of the opening. According to one embodiment, a housing for the cursor is formed in the layer of material, the dimensions of this housing being slightly smaller than the dimensions of the cursor, the latter being forcibly mounted in the housing. Advantageously, the housing is located at one of the ends of the opening, and the slider is arranged opposite this housing in the closed position of the slider. The present invention also relates to a packaging bag equipped on at least one of its walls with a system
Figure imgf000004_0001
described above. Advantageously, the opening / closing system is fixed to the internal face of a wall of the bag by the flat base part, the slide being located on the side of the flat base oriented towards the wall, the system being arranged opposite a pre-cut made in the wall. The present invention also relates to a film intended to form the walls of a packaging bag comprising at least one opening / closing system. Advantageously, this film is packaged in the form of a reel *. The present invention will be better understood on reading the following description, with reference to the appended drawing representing an embodiment of an opening / closing device according to the invention. Figure 1 is a partial view of a bag on which is fixed an opening / closing system according to the invention. Figure 2 is a partial exploded perspective view of an opening / closing system according to the invention, in partial section. Figure 3 is a top view of the system of Figure 2. Figure 4 is a sectional view along IV-IV of Figure 3. Figure 5 is a sectional view along VV of Figure 3. Figure 6 is a view similar to Figure 5, the system being shown during the first opening. Figure 1 shows a bag 2 which has two walls 3 fixed to one another, one of these walls 3 having an opening / closing system 4 fixed on the internal face of an opening 5 of this wall 3. This opening / closing system 4 can be, as described in the document FR 2 833 576, fixed opposite a pre-cut delimiting a strip having rounded ends, which are cut and which can thus be lifted and seized to allow the removal of this strip by manual traction, the withdrawal of this strip thus delimiting the opening 5 dan -s the wall 3 of the bag 2. A user can therefore, during the first use, removed the strip by traction manual, then open and close the bag using the opening / closing system 4. As shown more particularly in FIG. 1, the opening / closing system 4 comprises a flat base part 7 at least partially defining an opening 8 through it, this te base part 7 comprising guide means 10 parallel to the opening cooperating with guide means 12 of a slide 9 making it possible to close or leave the opening 8 free. The opening 8, before the first use, is closed by a "layer of material 13 molded with the base part 7, as cel-a is illustrated in Figures 2 to 6. The slide 9 has a cursor 14 oriented towards the opening S making it possible to at least partially destroy the layer of material 13 to release the opening 8. A housing 15 for the cursor 14 is formed in the layer of material 13, the dimensions of this housing 15 being slightly smaller the dimensions of the slider 14, the latter being force-fitted into the housing. The cursor is located at one end of the slider when the latter is in the closed position of the opening 8, and the housing 15 is also located at one end of the opening 8. In order to facilitate the destruction of the layer of material 13 by the cursor 14, the material layer has a zone of weakness 16 where its thickness is thinner. This zone of weakness 16 extends over substantially the entire length of the opening 8. Advantageously, the slider 14 also makes it possible to come into abutment against the end 17 of the opening 8 opposite to that comprising the housing 15, in order to limit the travel of the cursor 14. The layer of material 13 makes it possible to seal the opening 8. The housing 15 is of dimensions smaller than the cursor 14, the positioning in force of this cursor also guaranteeing the seal at the level of the accommodation, which can thus be through. The cursor 14, in this embodiment, has a parallelepipedal shape which allows a simple production and allows effective contact against the walls of the housing 15 to ensure a good seal. Other forms of this cursor can be used as a variant, in particular bevel shapes favoring the destruction of the layer of material 13. The shape of the housing 15 is in this case adapted to have a complementary shape. In the embodiment presented, the slide comprises at each of its ends, a gripping tab 18, facilitating the handling by a user. It is also possible to produce the layer of material by bringing it back after the manufacture of the base part. However, this solution considerably complicates manufacturing and increases the cost of this part. FIG. 6 illustrates the destruction of the layer of material 13 when the system 4 is opened for the first time. It is advantageous to equip the film intended to form the walls of a packaging bag with opening systems. 4 described above before shaping the bags 3. In particular, this film can be packaged in the form of reels which can then be used on known bag making machines. As is obvious, the invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments described above, by way of nonlimiting example; on the contrary, it embraces all of the variant embodiments thereof within the scope of the claims below.
