Abstract
Afin d'optimiser les propriétés d'éléments en tôle, notamment d'éléments de carrosserie d'automobiles, quant à leur fonction à supporter et à encaisser des charges, et de simplifier leur production, il est prévu que lesdits éléments en tôle comprennent une section porteuse et une section fonctionnelle. La section porteuse comprend une cavité destinée à recevoir une section de montage de la partie fonctionnelle, se présentant de manière complémentaire. Lorsque l'élément en tôle est assemblé, la paroi opposée de la cavité et de la section de montage se trouve sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface de la section porteuse, qui entoure la cavité. Les dimensions de la cavité et de la section de montage sont choisies de manière à ce que la partie fonctionnelle et sa section de montage puissent être emmanchées dans la cavité de la section porteuse, de façon permanente et sans fente de jointement, et que la partie fonctionnelle et la section porteuse soient soudées au laser ou par bombardement électronique, dans la zone de leurs parois opposées de la section de montage et de la cavité.
