Abstract

Les ADN codant les enzymes tardifs participant à la synthèse des antibiotiques de la famille des céphamycines ont été isolés et purifiés. Ces enzymes particuliers participent aux dernières phases de la biosynthèse des céphamycines. Ces ADN ont été séquencés et clonés sous forme de vecteurs d'expression de recombinaison permettant leur expression de recombinaison dans des cellules hôtes. Les ADN, les vecteurs les contenant et les cellules hôtes de recombinaison les exprimant sont utiles pour la production d'antibiotiques.
