Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'enduction à filière. Ledit appareil comporte une filière (100, 150, 220) dotée d'une barre d'amont (104, 154, 226) à lèvre d'amont, d'une barre centrale, d'une barre d'aval (108, 158, 232) à lèvre d'aval, et d'un barre à vide (110, 160, 224). La lèvre d'amont présente la forme d'un listel, et la première barre collectrice d'un bord tranchant. Le listel est conçu pour épouser les contours de la surface en cours d'enduction. La modification d'au moins les hauteurs H des fentes, des surfaces de contact O, et de la convergence C peut améliorer l'efficacité de l'enduction. La filière peut présenter une surface glissante (236, 244), et le liquide d'enduction peut sortir de la filière par un passage et glisser le long de la surface glissante pour former une perle d'enduction continue entre le bord tranchant de la barre collectrice, la lèvre de filière d'amont, et la surface en cours d'enduction. La filière peut comporter plusieurs passages pour l'application de couches multiples.
