ORGANIC HAIR RESTORATION FORMU
AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS
~OCKET NO. 2036 I. INTRODUC~ION
' A great number of men and women experience hair los6 from the crown tor top) of their ~ead cau~ed by a condition known a~
androgenetic alopecia Additionally, men and wo~en alike experience shedding, ~.hj~nin~ or diffu~ing of hair located on their scalp for a number of different reasons Many people find the~e conditions socially unacceptable and take great mea~ures to remedy the problem.
The pre~ent invention relates to a no~el naturally extracted hair trea~ment product that promotes the growth of new hair cell~
while also stimulating the-growth of exi~ting hair cells to make the hair longer and thicker The pre~ent invention uses only naturally extracted ingredients, rather than drugs or synthetical chemicals, to improve the hair coverage of the ~calp. The present invention utilizes the sulphur oxides contained in garlic (organosulfoxides and allium) and onion (propyl ~ulfur oxide~) in combination with allicin and ajoenes utilizing the polarity of the sulfoxide functional group~ in the hair formula to react with the receptors on the ~urface o~ the cell membrane, thereby creating a vasodilating effect on the cell. Thi~ vasodilating effect on the cells, in turn, tend to increa~e their de~ire to feed on the nutrient~ e~en~ial for hair growth. In the preferred embodi~nt of thi~ invention, organo sulfur nutrients, including allium, allin, allicin6 and ajoene~ to effectively ~eed the hungered hair cells, th~, enhancing the growth of the hair in the scalp. II DE:SCRIP~ION OF 1~13 PRIOR ART
The prior art ~air care products u~ed to treat and control hair lo~ all con~ain the synthetic drug called Minoxidil, which ~as a chemical name of 2,4-pyrimidinediamine, 6~ piperidinyl~-, 3-oxide The ~est known product, ~ogaine~ contains 2~ Minoxidil which means each one ~l of Rogaine~ solution c~ntains 20m~ of Minoxidil. Minoxidil is a ~ynthetic chemical that lowers the blood pressure of the patient being treated by rel~xing the arteries.
Thus, Mino~idil ac~s to promote hair growth by relaxing the b~ood ~essels in the scalp to increasing the ~lood ~upply to the hair cells. Howeve~, the functional group~ in Minoxidil are primarily nitrogen oxygen ~ased groups.
Without tying the present invention to a ~et theory, it is ~elieved that a specific range of electronegative di~ference (roughly ~O to 3S~) in the functional group of a hair treatment formula i8 nece~sary fo~ optimal performance. ~itric oxide, in comparison with the ~ulfux oxide functional group~ of the present invention, doe~ not have as high a degree of electronegative difference. Specifically, the elec~ronegati~ity difference of the nitrogen-oxygen functional group can be measured as (3 5 - 3 . O ) /
3 5 = 15%. The electronegati~ity dif~erence for a sulfur oxygen ` 'J1489~4 `~

DO~RET NO~ 2036 functional group, by co~parison i~ (3.5 - 2.4) / 3 S - 31~ It is belie~ed that this increa~e in the elec~ronegati~ difference of the functional group contained ~in the- present inventlon, effectuates a better delivery of the hair restoration formula to the hair cells. Moreover, elemental sulfu~ is a necessary compound in the structure of the hair cells the~selves Thus the present formula, a opposed to the prior art, offers a double benefit of a functional group that insures better delivery of the formula to the target cell~ and also contribu~es to the building or grow~h of the hair cells themsel~es . DETAILE~ ~ESC~RIPTION OF THE INVE5NTION
The present in~ention invol~es an organic ~olution contai~ing aliphatic organic sulfur oxide compound~ cont~;~; ng double bonds, yluco~e, fructose, a~ino acids, ~itamin ~, allicin and ajoe~es i~
applied tO the ~calp of a patient experiencing hair loss to stimulate and promote hair growth The present invention contains only organi~ compounds, not sy.nthetic or man ~ade chemical~. The combination of the above ingredients act to function both as a catalyst and a set o~ nutrient~ in the promotion of hair growth The sulfur portion of the functional group~ stimulate hai~
growth within the follicle~ due to the electronegati~i~y exerted by the high electronegative difference between sulfur and oxygen.
The resulting increase i~ the electronegativity o~ the ~unctional sulfur oxide group~ creates a vasodilating effect that stimula~es the cells desire to obtain nutrlents, thus pro~oting hair growth.
