Un dispositif comporte au moins un convoyeur principal (22) qui peut transporter des fils par l'intermédiaire de pinces de transfert (15), et il comporte au moins un convoyeur secondaire (7) qui peut transporter des plateaux de transfert (8) qui peuvent recevoir au moins un composant (12); une partie (7a) du convoyeur secondaire est située dans une zone d'insertion (23) dans laquelle est également située une partie (22a) du convoyeur principal, et le dispositif comporte au moins un poste (13) de chargement automatique des composants sur les plateaux de transfert, et comporte des moyens pour transférer les plateaux de transfert du convoyeur secondaire au convoyeur principal. Le domaine technique de l'invention est celui des machines et procédés de fabrication de faisceaux électriques.
