Abstract

A feed composition for beef cattle which contains about 30 to 60% by weight of a n-3 fatty acid source, about 7 to 20%
by weight of a carbohydrate source, about 3 to 6% by weight of a powdered hay, about 30 to 50% by weight of an emulsifier and about 0.05 to 0.1% by weight of an antioxidant and a method for producing beef rich in n-3 fatty acid by supplying said feed composition to a cattle are described.
