Abstract

Feeding method of milk-producing cattle enriched in Omega-3 fatty acids. The invention consists of a method of feeding milk-producing cattle (cattle or cattle, sheep and goats, mainly) by means of a feed based on whole fine seeds and without prior grinding, extrusion, detoxification or any heat treatment. The milk obtained from animals fed with this feed has a significantly increased content of omega 3 fatty acids, which makes it have dietary and nutritional qualities, with an effect beneficial to human health, superior to those of normal milk.
