Abstract

Disclosed is a method of keeping quality of an agricultural product or food with non-residual or little residual treatment of the agricultural product or food. The treatment involves placing the agricultural product or food under 5 to 60 atmospheric pressure. By the method of the present invention, insects and mites will be effectively eliminated from the agricultural product or food without causing environmental pollution problems.
