Abstract

L'invention est relative à un élément peu vulnérable de munition explosive constitué d'une enveloppe contenant un chargement explosif multicomposition dont la couche la plus interne est un explosif composite constitué d'une matrice polymérique polyuréthanne ou polyester chargée dont la charge contient plus de 40 % en poids d'explosif nitré organique, et dont la couche périphérique est une composition pyrotechnique de la famille des progergols solides composites constituée d'une matrice polymérique polyuréthanne ou polyester chargée dont la charge contient au moins un oxydant minéral et moins de 10 % en poids d'explosif nitré organique. L'effet de souffle et/ou de bulles produit est voisin de celui produit par le chargement beaucoup plus vulnérable en explosif composite monocomposition massiquement équivalent.

L'invention est également relative à un procédé d'obtention d'un effet de souffle et/ou de bulles par libération de gaz dans l'enveloppe d'un élément de munition précité selon l'invention puis rupture de l'enveloppe. La libération de gaz est obtenue par détonation de la couche la plus interne puis réaction sans détonation de la couche périphérique.
