Abstract

TETE D'IMPRESSION A JET D'ENCRE ET PROCEDE DE MISE EN OEUVRE DE CETTE TETE DESTINEE NOTAMMENT A L'IMPRESSION DE CARACTERES DE GRANDES DIMENSIONS. L'invention concerne une tête d'impression à jet d'encre et un procédé de mise en oeuvre de cette tête destinée notamment à l'impression de caractères de grandes dimensions. Une telle tête comporte au moins deux corps de modulation (A) et (B), donc au moins deux buses, équipés de moyens de règlage de chacun des jets, et un seul module de récupération de l'encre (30) avec une seule canalisation deretour (350). Le boîtier (1) de cette tête reçoit sur sa face (50) un support de capot ADP et, en plus, dans sa version à ombilic, un second capot dit "d'ombilic". Le procédé de mise en oeuvre dans une application à l'impression de codes-barres consiste à prévoir un séquencement en cascade des trames imprimées,avec un ordre de séquencement des gouttes et de la tension de charge en ordre croissant, enfin à orienter la tête de manière à compenser l'inclinaison de la trame sur le support. L'invention s'applique à l'impression de caractères de grandes dimensions, tels que les codes-barres. Figure 1.
