Abstract
A device, particularly for a semimounted reversible plow, wherein the plowing width of the plow can be varied, and wherein the plow comprises a carriage adapted to be pivotally supported on a traction vehicle and, at the rear end thereof, is equipped with a rear wheel. The plow further comprises a plow frame whereto a number of sockets with plow bodies are pivotally mounted, a parallel strut being pivotally connected to the sockets. At its trailing edge, the plow frame is pivotally and slidably connected to the carriage and, at its leading edge, the plow frame is in pivotal and displaceable connection with an arm on the carriage. A strut is pivotally attached to the parallel strut and to a bracket displaceable on the arm, and controls the angular rotation of the plow bodies during plowing width adjustment, so that the width of the furrow from the foremost plow body becomes as large as the width of the furrows from the following plow bodies.
