Abstract

PROCEDE ET DISPOSITIF DE MISE EN VIBRATION D'UNE LINGOTIERE DE COULEE CONTINUE DES METAUX Abrégé Descriptif L'invention concerne un procédé de coulée continue des métaux du type selon lequel on applique des vibrations ultrasonores à la paroi de la lingotière, caractérisé en ce que lesdites vibrations comportent à la fois une composante orientée parallèlement et une composante orientée perpendiculairement à l'axe de la lingotière. Ce procédé est mis en oeuvre préférentiellement en appliquant au moins un émetteur d'ultrasons contre une surface solidaire de l'une des extrémités de la lingotière et présentant un angle d'inclinaison par rapport à l'axe de cette dernière. L'invention s'applique principalement à la coulée continue de produits en acier de tous formats. Figure pour l'abrégé : figure 1
