Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de clôture comportant un grillage fixé de façon amovible à une pluralité de poteaux par un dispositif de fixation comprenant pour chacun desdits poteaux au moins deux crochets espacés l'un de l'autre et faisant partie intégrante dudit poteau. Ce dispositif de fixation comprend en outre pour chaque poteau une lame de fixation du grillage contre le poteau, ladite lame comprenant au moins deux ouvertures dans lesquelles peuvent s'insérer lesdits crochets, et des moyens coopérant avec chacun desdits crochets pour agrafer et verrouiller la lame contre le poteau, après avoir placé le grillage entre ladite lame et ledit poteau. L'invention concerne un systeme de clôture perfec-tionné dont le grillage peut être facilement et rapidement agrafe ou d~grafé des poteaux ~ui le suppo~te, grâce a un dispositif de fixation constitué par une lame serrant le grillage contre chaque poteau et par des couples de crochet-fermoir maintenant la lame en position serrée.
Le grillage des systemes de clôture utilisés de nos jours necessite très fréquemment d'être dégrafé des poteaux de la clôture avant le début des précipitations de neige, afin de ne pas être déformé sous le poids des accumulations de neige et de glace. De plus, il s'avère souvent nécessaire d'enlever les poteau~ desdites clôtures lorsque ceux-ci se trouvent à proximite des routes pour ~u'ils ne soient pas irremëdiablement abimés par les versoirs des chasse~neige En pratiquè, l'opération d'agrafage ou de degrafage du grillage des poteaux constitue un travail long, fasti-dieux et onéreux, et l'operation éventuelle visant a mettre en place ou enlever les poteaux ajoute encore aux désavantages de ce travail~
Il existe donc un besoin pour un système de clôture dont l'opération d'agrafage ou de degrafage du grillage est simple, rapide et economique.
La presente invention a pour objet un système de cl~ture,satisfaisant au besoin ci-dessus mentionné, du type comportant un grillage fixé de façon amovible à une pluralite de poteaux par un dispositif de fixation comprenant pour chacun desdits poteaux au moins deux crochets espacés l'un de l'autre et faisant partie intégrante dudit poteau.
Ce système est caxactérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixa-tion comprend en outre pour chaque poteau~-Une lame de fixation du grillage contre le poteau. Cette lame comprend au moins deux ouvertures dans lesquelles peuvent s'insérer les crochets. Des moyens d'attache coopérant avec chacun des crochets, servant à agrafer et verrouiller la lame contre le poteau,après avoir place le grillage entre cette lame et le pcteau.
De preference c~acun ~es poteau~ est pourvu de deux crochets disposés l'u~ au *essus de l'autre sur la hauteur du poteau de façon à ce que l'ouverture du crochet supérieur soit dirigée vers le ~aut et celle du crochet infé-rieur soit dirigee vers le bas.
Chacun des crochets peut a~antageusement être fait en acier galvanisé et être soud`e au poteau.
Le moyen d'agrafage et de verrouillement de la lame contre le poteau est de préférence constitue par un fermoir fixé où non à la lame et pourvu d'au moins un élé-ment d'accrochage tel un crochet, un boucle ou un anneau, destiné a s'unir au crochet du poteau qui lui correspond.
Le fermoir est avantageusement du type comprenant un levier monté sur pivot à une base, fixée rigidement a la lame et pourvu d'un élément d'accrochage mobile tel un an-neau Cet élément d'accrochage est destiné a engayer le crochet qui lui correspond. Le système de cloture S illustre sur les figures 1 et 3 comporte un grillage 1 fixé à une pluralite de poteaux metalliques,cylindriques etcreux 2. Chaque poteau a 3 po de diamètre et 5 pieds de hauteur et est pourvu d'une calotte 17 et de deux crochets 3a et 3b.
