On sait qu'il existe des dispositifs dits bornes de parking destinés à réserver l'emplacement d'un véhicule. Ces divers dispositifs nécessitent parfois de gros travaux de maçonnerie afin d'être noyés au niveau du sol; d'autre part, ils représentent des obstacles rigides pour les carrosseries.
Dans le même ordre d'idées, on peut vouloir fixer temporairement au sol, comme protection contre le vent ou les voleurs, des parasols, des panneaux de signalisation, de publicité, des présentoirs, des tables, des chaises, des jeux, des barrières pour manifestations; dans certains de ces cas, on emploie un socle en béton lourd et encombrant.
La présente invention, qui vise à pallier ces inconvénients, a pour objet un dispositif d'ancrage temporaire au sol, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une armature reposant sur le sol, un crochet, des moyens liant l'armature au crochet et un socle scellé dans le sol avec des moyens permettant d'y fixer le crochet.
Le dessin annexé représente une forme d'exécution et des variantes du dispositif objet de l'invention, I'armature d'une borne de parking étant prise à titre d'exemple.

Le dispositif d'ancrage dans la forme d'exécution représentée aux fig. I, II et III comprend une armature 1 avec une base 2, une tige plate 3 percée de trous 4 se terminant par une boucle 5; un crochet articulé 6 prolonge cette tige jusqu'au sol 7 dans lequel est scellé un plot 8 creusé d'une gouttière 9 équipée d'un anneau 10; en passant le crochet 6 dans l'anneau 10, puis en tirant sur la boucle 5, on amène l'un des trous 4 de la tige 3 au sommet extérieur 1 1 de l'armature 1; à l'aide d'un cadenas 12 passé dans le trou 4, la tige 3, solidaire du crochet 6, est bloquée, la borne est piégée au sol, le crochet 6 ne pouvant plus se dégager de l'anneau 10.
Dans une variante représentée à la fig. II, indirectement, un ressort 13 est intercalé entre la tige 3 et le crochet 6 afin que le piégeage de l'armature soit moins rigide.
Dans une variante représentée à la fig. III, en plus du ressort 13, est intercalé entre la tige 3 et le crochet 6 un levier 14 servant à fermer le dispositif; en remplacement de la boucle 5 des trous 4 et du cadenas 12, une serrure 15 assure la sécurité du dispositif.
REVENDICATION
Dispositif d'ancrage temporaire au sol, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une armature reposant sur le sol, un crochet, des moyens liant l'armature au crochet et un socle scellé dans le sol avec des moyens permettant d'y fixer le crochet.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que les moyens liant l'armature au crochet sont constitués par une tige plate percée de trous se terminant par une boucle et coulissant dans le sens de la hauteur dans le sommet de Armature, le crochet étant articulé à ladite tige plate.
2. Dispositif selon la sous-revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la tige plate et l'articulation du crochet est intercalé un ressort.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que les moyens liant l'armature au crochet sont constitués par un ressort fixé à l'armature et un levier fixé, d'une part, au ressort et, d'autre part, au crochet.
4. Dispositif selon la sous-revendication 3, caractérisé en ce

The anchoring device in the embodiment shown in FIGS.
