The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a portable electric grinder having a grinder disk section, a main body section, and a handle section; the grinder disk section has a circular disk having a flat lower surface portion which merges into a central depression having an angled surface and a flat upper surface portion which merges into a central raised area having an angled surface; a generally semi-circular flat top cover portion is spaced above and extends outwardly slightly beyond the flat upper surface portion of the circular disk; the top cover portion merges into an arcuate skirt through a short beveled surface and the lower edge of the arcuate skirt is beveled inwards; a central portion of the top cover portion curves upwardly a short distance to an annular collar portion; the top cover portion extends rearwards and is situated adjacent a lower surface of an irregular shaped left end section of the main body section; the main body section has a generally cylindrical central section which merges into the irregular shaped left end section and into a right end section; the front and rear surfaces of the generally cylindrical central section have generally identical shallow depressions therein; the depressions have beveled and generally straight upper and lower surfaces and a curved inner surface which generally follows the curvature of the generally cylindrical central section; the generally straight upper and lower beveled surfaces merge into a curved left end beveled surface; the left end area of each depression has a small generally bullet-like protuberance thereon, each protuberance having a tapered right end and a curved outer surface; the right end of each depression merges into short generally cylindrical raised area having a beveled outer end; each cylindrical raised area has a circular bottom surface area with a narrow oblong area thereon; the bottom surface of the central section of the main body section has a shallow depression therein which is rectangular in bottom view; the inner surface of the rectangular depression generally follows the curvature of the remainder of the generally cylindrical central section; the central section has a narrow circumferential groove extending around the central section in line with the cylindrical raised areas;the central section merges smoothly into the right end section of the main body section and the inwardly curved end surface of the right end section has a series of parallel and spaced-apart generally identical oblong slots therein; the top surface of the right end section and a portion of the central section of the main body section has a slightly raised area thereon with beveled sides and a curved left end in plan view, the raised area having an upper surface that generally follows the contour of the main body section;the left end of the central section bulges outwards and merges through a narrow flange-like area into the irregular shaped left end section of the main body section; the left end section has a stepped truck-like shape in front elevation view with the upper portion thereof having a slightly outwardly curved surface with large openings therein and a generally U-shaped surface in plan view to the left of the openings; the U-shaped surface merges into outwardly curved front, rear, and end surfaces which in turn merge through rounded shoulder portions into generally vertical surfaces which extend around the bottom of the irregular shaped left end section; each lower right corner of the irregular shaped left end section has a raised area with beveled side surfaces, a curved upper left corner area, and a generally flat top surface with a small circular area thereon;the handle section has a curved upper grip portion which is generally rectangular in plan view with rounded corners and parallel rows of spaced-apart small generally identical circular areas thereon; the handle section also has a lower grip portion having parallel rows of spaced-apart small generally identical circular areas thereon which conform to the rows of small circular areas on the upper grip portion; the handle section has an enlarged end portion and a lower surface of the left end portion of the handle section has a downwardly-extending trigger-like portion having a concave lower surface; the front surface of the handle section adjacent the trigger-like portion has a circular button-like area thereon and the front and rear surfaces of the handle section have a generally rectangular shallow depression therein above the trigger-like portion; the upper surface of the left end of the handle section merges smoothly into the slightly raised area of the upper portion of the right end section of the main body section; the left end front and rear surfaces of the handle section flare outwards and merge smoothly into the inwardly curved end surface of the right end section of the main body section;
