La ~igure 4 illustre un autre mode de réalisation de la boîte selon l'invention, ladite boîte étant à nouveau parallélépipédique, mais ce mode pouvant s'appliquer à toute au~re forme prismatique. Dans cette figure 4, on voit que ]a face 5 se prolonge en une portion 16 dépassant de la boîte;
Le choix de chacun des matériaux constituant les deux découpes dépend bien entendu de l'utilisation de la boîte;
Ia preserlte invention relates to a new box presentation transparent.
Various techniques have been proposed to date for the presentation of objects in transparent boxes.
The first technique is to start from a sheet of porous cardboard and place the object on this sheet wrap, after which a sheet of plas ~ ic material such that the polyethylene is placed on top of the sheet of cardboard and the object then is heated in college, we ~ soften it, the plastic sheet is then pressed on the cardboard by suction through the cardboard which is porous. he the result is a sheet of plastic that sticks to the portion of cardboard which surrounds said object. The packaging as well obtained can only be suspended because it is not possible result ~ prismatic forrnes allowing stacking packaging, moreover, if the objects to be wrapped are volumi ~
neux, the packaging is difficult to achieve and the rates of conditioning are weak.
A second technique consists in starting from a sheet of cardboard coated with thermo-adhesive varnish, to place the object on said sheet and to weld on the cardboard a plastic shell thermoformed wrapping the object to be packed, as in the previous technique, it is not possible to stack the packaging. Furthermore, in this second technique it is not - not possible to print the plastic shell which is thermoformed and therefore hot deformed.
There are transparent packaging that you can which can be easily stacked, having generally-a parallelepiped shape. Such packaging consists essentially in a cut out of PVC, glued, then user-generated, the major drawback of this type of packaging is the high cost of the material . ~
~ 52042 said packaging.
The transparent presentation box according to the present invention overcomes these various disadvantages and can be easily stacked, while having a reduced cost compared to to the box made from a PVC cut.
More specifically, the invention aims essentially-a prismatic box - for the presentation of com bearing at least three lateral faces and two end caps, this box being made up of two cutouts of materials available tinctures assembled together by gluing or sealing, one of the cutouts being made of a rigid plastic material and transparent such as PVC likely to present a permanent folding, this so-called cut being intended to constitute at least two of the adjacent side faces of the box, the other cut intended to form at least the other face (s) side of the box and at least one of the bottoms, being made in another material characterized in that the cutting plastic material present, at least one end of its parts forming the adjacent faces of the box, legs bent towards the inside of the box, approximately 90 relative to the faces, while the other cut presents, in the extension of its part intended to form at least one side faces of the box, a flat part free of legs and the same dimensions as the cross section of the box which is separated from said part by a primer folding and which covers the legs of the cutout in material plastic to which it is attached by gluing or sealing to form the bottom of the box, the plastic cutout being devoid of bending caps and shaping during the assembly of the two cuts.

~ i2042 One of the characteristics ~ sd ~ The inven-tion es- ~ therefore that the box is made from two separate materials, each material forming a cut, where at least one of the materials rials is transparent, the cut made of said material transparent corresponding to at least two adjacent faces of the box, moreover, at least one of said materials is rigid. Generally the box will be prismatic and will also include a top and a bottom n side faces, n being an integer greater than or equal to 3.
~ In the case of Figure 1, n is equal to 4, and the box 1 is parallelepiped, in addition, the transparent material here will be rigid PVC and will constitute the side faces 2, 3, 4. The rear face 5 as well as the top 6 and the bottom 7 are made of cardboard, and legs 8 allow gluing faces 2 and 4 on face 5. Similarly two legs 9, allows tront fixing the top 6 which will further include a retractable tab 10, the underside 7 has no tabs and will be glued on the three legs 11 which is provided with the cutout do the faces 2, 3, 4. At the top 6 and the below 7,: it is possible to foresee all the variants, i.e. top 6 and / or bottom 7 will include none, ~ or more reentrant legs.
An additional advantage of the box illustrated in Figure 1 is that the rear face 5 is made of cardboard, so opaque, the object wrapped in said box will be better placed value thanks to this opaque rear face, said object being visible by the three transparent faces 2, 3, 4.
FIG. 2 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the box according to the invention, in this case the face 5 ′ will include a fold 12 which can reach face 3 and deli ~ itant then two compartments 13 and 14; moreover the two faces 6 and 7 are identical and free of legs. Various modifications 3 _ l ~ S ~ O ~ Z
are of course possible at this level and are covered by this patent; this is how there can be a plurali-fold tee 12 defining a plurality of compartim ~ n-ts in the box. Similarly, it is here the rear face 5 'which is provided a fold, but depending on the position of the box and the use that we want to make of the said box, the fold or folds may be located on any suitable side of said box.
As has already been seen, one of the cutouts can be made of rigid PVC and the other cut out of cardboard; this the latter can be replaced with polystyrene, for example white, or by a thermoformable plastic. This is this last possibility which is illustrated in Figure 3 where the 5 "face is thermoformed and is provided with bosses 15 allowing both the setting of the object (s) inside the box. The same remarks as above apply for faces 6 and 7 as well as for the number of bosses and for the choice of the face provided with said bosses.
The ~ igure 4 illustrates another embodiment of the box according to the invention, said box being again parallelepiped, but this mode can be applied to any to ~ re prismatic form. In this figure 4, we see that] a face 5 extends into a portion 16 protruding from the box;
depending on the nature of the material making up the cut part portion 16, it will be possible either to provide a hole 17 allowing the suspension of the box, either to preform this hook-shaped portion allowing said suspension, or to adapt to this portion any organ allowing a subsequent suspension.
The choice of each of the materials constituting the two cuts of course depends on the use of the box;
as has already been described, it is possible to use rigid PVC on the one hand, and on the other hand cardboard, poly-~ 5ZO ~ Z
styrene, tllermoformable plastic. In addition, and for autan-t that one of said materials is rigid, case of PVC and various aforementioned materials, it will be possible to use as other material, a flexible, transparent film or no, as the case may be, at least one of the materials must be rigid.
Once the materials have been chosen, the shape of each cut, again the choice will depend on first of the desired shape for the triangular prismatic bolte surface, parallelepiped, any prismatic, and then the distribution of the transparent faces and possibly of the opaque faces if one of the chosen materials is itself opaque.
Thus in FIG. 1, the three lateral and front faces 2, 3.4 are transparent, the rear side 5 the top 6 and the below 7 are opaque, in Figure 4, the side faces
2, 4 and rear 5 are opaque, and the front face 3 and the top 6 and bottom 7 are transparent. The latter could also be opaque; anyway, the cut performed made of transparent material will always constitute at least two faces adjacent to the box according to the invention.
The gluing or sealing of the two cuts is not p ~ s described in this patent, these techniques being conventional-used in the packaging field. In addition, for for reasons of clarity, Figures 1, 2, 3 show boxes whose faces 6 and 7 are not folded, on the other hand, FIG. 4 symbolically represents a closed box, the various legs being omitted also for reasons of clarity.
