. 7 ~
The invention relates to an undergarment, in particular tie, long underwear or similar piece as lining pants interchan ~ eable to be easily and quickly attached and detached from the outer garment, thanks to elements fixing, we will also see that the width of the legs of the underwear corresponds more or less to the width of the legs of the garment or pants worn above.
In the Canadian patent of the same inventor, ~ o ~ 109,207, there is already a question of a long panty such as is described above. Its purpose is to respond to a double function, that of a lining that can be easily and quickly attached, then detached from the waistband of a garment or clessus pants, and to that of a long, non-sticky calecon not. The advantage we get with this solution is to avoid direct contact with the skin, often wet with sweat ration, with the stuff of pants. As fixing allowing easily attach and detach the underwear from the garment above all, we thought, above all, of the buttons, the closing cursor, loop, slide loop and other such closures. The buttons, for example, especially if they are sewn inside the belt, come out strongly and can gain. In addition, the adjustment of buttons with the buttonholes of the two pieces to be attached, must be done effectively, which in practice is not not easy, especially if the pants and underwear are made by different manufacturers and launched separately on the market. It is absolutely the same for the use of the zipper.
Clest why, the invention presented here was given for the task of creating an undergarment of the kind described above, which will, as we can admit, be made regardless of outerwear by manufacturers 74; ~%
different and which, despite this, can be fixed in a con, con simple and fast, without fitting and without retouch ~ e, to the garment from above, without forming large folds, tensions or the like semhlables inconveniences. The fact ~ the underwear can thus be launched on the market completely independently of the outerwear, is of great commercial importance.
The fixing must be simple and allow to bring easily the fastening element to the belt of the outer garment ~
The solution to this problem presents itself in such a way that a lace is fixed at intervals, preferably on any the length of the undergarment belt, thus forming between the lace, the undergarment and two fasteners, openings tures allowing to pass the fasteners such as buckles, staples or the like, attached to the outer garment.
With this solution, we therefore obtain a row openings placed side by side over the entire length belt undergarment, allowing to pass the twin elements attached to the outer garment, adapting everything no problem with the size of the latter. This solution leaves complete freedom to attach the twin elements, which can thus respond to any personal desire.
It is therefore of essential use that a lace be fixed at regular intervals over the entire length of the belt of the undergarment. so we get, throughout of the belt, openings already adapted to receive the twin fasteners. The Sllit lace thus, on all the length, the belt of the undergarment, to which it is attached by the many vertical seams, forming the openings.
This gives us an extremely simple fixation, without missing of a certain rigidity. If the intervals between the seams are, for example, 3 cm, this gives, on a belt of ~ 8 ~ 1Z
90 cm underwear, 30 openings, which is probably enough to receive at any suitable or desired location, without measurement and without fitting, the twin elements, such as snap strips or other such loops.
So that the outer garment and undergarment go well and that their attachment is fixed, it may be useful that the lace is sewn inside the belt of the undergarment-is lying. ~ e this way, the upper edge of the belt of the sub-vatement is pressed against the belt of the outer garment by twin elements (buckles, snap strips ~
attached to it. However, provision may also be made for fixing the lace outside the waistband of the undergarment, having thus a smooth belt at 1 t inside.
It is important that for the introduction into belt openings of the twin elements undergarment attached to the outer garment, the space between the two seams vertical of each or ~ opening be pll ~ s large ~ ue the width twin elements to be introduced. Particular-appropriate and easy to use: r, is, as an element twin, the snap strip sewn on the waistband of the outerwear, just open the snap button, pass the strip through the corresponding opening of the garment ment from below, then close the button to have the suspension slide loop, we find these small furni-cheap tures in all haberdashery stores, do not so much more than being sewn on the belt of the outer garment by the ac ~ eteur and user. We can also imagine that place snap strips, you can use ~ ir simple small laces attached to the belt of the outer garment leaving the two ends free, to pass them in the underwear belt openings, tie them and get them thus fix the suspension loop.
Of considerable importance for adaptation top underwear of different sizes, ie for people of different size, is to provide the underwear ~ me ~ t, at least in front of, an opening, preferably rence in the shape of ~ or U, thus interrupting the belt.
This practically makes it possible to stretch or reduce the length the undergarment belt to adapt to different sizes, without large folds or desa- tension gréables.
Particularly for pants, this invention must be of great use; the contact between the stuff of clothing and legs being more or less permanent, the pre-sence of an insulating element in the form of a panty long, will surely be appreciated. Thanks to the solution of the invention in the relationship between this underwear and the pants, the latter can be worn without touching up and without chan ~ ement, whether with a belt or with suspenders, and the attachment of the underwear remains very simple.
Unlike long pants that are worn with a elastic or similar article tightening the belt on the waist, the attachment to the pants provided by the invention does not exert any pressure or tightening on the body. The underwear becomes part of the pants, whether either by dressing or by undressing, she does not ask one more gesture, it simply comes with the pants.
Hereinafter, the invention is further described in a fa, con more explanatory with its most important details in reference relating to the drawings which present us, in a schematic form clean and clear:
0 Fig. 1 an undergarment according to the invention shown ~ ntant a underwear lon ~ ue ~ ui shows us, above all, the inside of the undergarment belt, F: ig. 2 pants showing us inside his belt ture, the under ~ long pants according to -fig. 1 with the attachment of the two parts using the elements of fixing according to the invention, and Fig. 3 on a larger scale, a twin fixing element tion which is fixed inside the belt of the pan-heel using the snap button band already passed through one of the belt openings in the underpants and closed, thus forming the sliding loop suspension.
An underwear represented in the SOllS drawing shape of a panty 1, is intended to be attached and d ~ stained clothing worn above, that is to say pants 2.
In this way, con, such pants receive an interchanging lining.
geable with the advantages of a wedge ~ long cone that does not stick and can be worn all year round, especially during summer very hot riodes. The advantages of these underwear are described in the Canadian patent of the same inventor No, 1,109,207 Drawings 1 and 2 clearly show the width ~ of legs 3 of the underpants 1 and as it corresponds to that pants legs 2.
An important advantage of the invention is the possibility lity to be able to quickly and easily change these underwear, whether for laundry or to wear it with another p ~ ntalon. This is why the kind of attachment allowing a simple and quick fixing, without having to measure or use any touch-ups, is of importance fundamental. This is how the ratkachement of the sub-cu-monkfish 1 inside the belt 4 of the pants 2 is done easily and quickly. The drawings show us, under fig. 2 and 3, 5 snap strips with the back 37 ~; ~
sewn, ayraf ~, glue or, possibly, even using a button, attached to the belt 4 of the pants 2. The part of front of this strip or loop 5 is open and closed by means of the press button 5a. At belt 6 of the sub-panties 1, we note, over the entire length, the lace 7 which is fixed vertically at regular intervals, whether by stitching, staples or other suitable means. Between these cou-vertical tures 8, inside the belt of the under-cup monkfish and lace, therefore form the many openings, whose purpose will be to receive the loops of the twin elements.
In this way, the underwear 1 is suspended ~, without problem and, whatever the size, inside the waistband of the pants or outerwear.
Note that the distance between the points of fixing or stitching 8 is, according to figs. 2 and 3, larger than the width of the strips or loops 5 which are passed there.
In this way, the underwear 1 fits exactly to the panta-lon 2 and its twin fasteners, and this without any measurement. The snaps 5a of the strips 5 allow so attach and detach the underwear 1 very quickly.
We can add that the twin fixing elements, represented in the drawings by button strips-pressure 5, 4 to 6 in general, could also be delivered by the manufacturer of the underwear 1, either by troductive and letting them hang in the openings, either enclosing them in a plastic bag. This way, we, llache-teur dlune culottes receives at the same time the elements ju-fixing threads so that you only have to sew them with the belt ture 4 of the outer garment or pants 2. On the other hand, can also imagine that after an introduction period, manufacturers of pants or outerwear will deliver these pieces of clothing already fitted with twin fastening elements, ... ..
such as snap strips or other semi-curls reliable, since any measurement or adaptation to the sou ~ -culotte are not necessary thanks to the existence of many openings between the seams 8 of the lace 7.
~ the place of banners 5 closing with a button-pressure, we could also just use bits of narrow laces, attach them in the middle to the waistband ~ of the pan-heel, thus having the two free ends to pass them in the openings 8 of the underwear 1 and tie the knot, to get the suspension slide loops. Note that this solution does not have the comfort of the test strip press button.
We notice in fig. 1, that the underwear has, front, an opening 9, thereby interrupting the belt 6 and lace 7, and the purpose of which is, above all, adaptation simple with pants and different sizes, depending on the drawing, this opening in the shape of a V, but might as well have the shape of a U, thus adapting to the wearing of briefs and the corresponding opening of the pants ~, while adjusting the belt 6 of the underpants 1 to the belt 4 of the garment of top or pants 2, helping to adapt to different sizes ~ This is how the underwear really becomes an element of the pants 2. The whole therefore has above all for goal that the ja ~ bes 3 of the underpants preserve the ekoffe of outerwear or pants 2 of perspiration, during that at the waist, it is the comfort given by the elements of fixation which is important.
As a whole, lace 7 with its numerous open ~ ures fixed next to each other over the entire length of the belt of the underpants, allows, in a fa, extreme con-quick and easy, the attachment of the two pieces of clothing 376; 11 ~ 2 using fasteners, such as banderel-press button, allowing the same sub-pants for several pants or outerwear, all the more so since this method of attachment requires neither measurement nor adaptation of the various elements. Thanks to the many small lace openings 7 and the large opening 9, as well as causes buckles, such as snap buttons, can slide on the lace between the seams 8, the under-panties fit almost any pant. Of this fashion, underwear and pants or outerwear may be launched independently of each other ~
We can also add that instead of a sub-long pants 1, it is possible to make, in a way similar and according to the same principle of fixation, another undergarment, such as a petticoat or culottes.
All specifications and details of confection tion set out in the description, claims and drawings, ~ ue either alone or in combination with each other, can to be of essential importance.
