La poignée peut être surmoulée d'un seul tenant sur le sorps et, dans ce cas-, el~e est indémontable et irréparable.
~ l'inverse, elle peut être amovible, la partie isolante étant indépendante de la fixation sur l'ustensile et pouvant ainsi se fixer ou se désolidariser aisément, à l'aide d'un mouvement de glissement ou de rotation par exemple. Cette solution, si elle présente l'avantage d'un encombrement réduit pour le rangement, n'est pas toujours très commode pour l'utili-sateur et n'est pas très fiable~
L~ poignée peut également être clipsable, c'est-à-dire solidaire de la fixation par 4n dispositif à ressort, mais alors elle ne peut être démontée et, en cas d'accident, il faut casser complètement la poignée et la remplacer par une neuve.
Elle peut être enfin interchangeable; la partie isolante, généralement solidaire de la fixation, est assemblée sur le corps par une vis et peut être ainsi facilement démontée ou remplacée. Mais les vis, même nickelées ou cadmiées, se corrodent assez rapidement au contact de l'eau de vaisselle ou des agents alimentaires. De plus, les matériaux utilisés présentant des différences de dilatation importantes, il apparaît,à la suite des variations de température auxquelles est soumis l'ustensilc, un jeu dans la fixation qui entraîne assez rapidement un desserrage de la vis désagréahle pour l'utilisateur.
Le dispositif de fixation selon l'invention permet l'échange d'une poignée accidentée par une nouvelle, sans faire `
1~9~6~10 appel ni à des vis, ni à des ressorts. I1 présente une résistance mécanique satisfaisante et évite tout risque de corrosion. De plus, l'opération d'assemblage en atelier est particulièrement rapide.
L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de fixation d'une poignée sur un ustensile culinaire comportant un corps, ce dispositif comprenant une patte d'attache solidaire du corps, une goupille, la poignée comportant un évidement pour pouvoir s'emmancher sur la patte d'attache, la patte et la poignée comportant chacune un orifice pour le passage de la goupille, le bord de l'orifice de la patte opposé au corps de l'ustensile présentant un profil en pente permettant de faire avancer la goupille vers le corps lorsqu'on l'enfonce, la goupille comportant en outre des moyens empêchant sa remontée.
La goupille est réalisée de préférence en un matériau thermoplastique présentant une bonne résistance mécanique et thermique, tel qu'un polycarbonate ou un polysulfone.
Ce type de fixation permet d'avoir une poignée largement évidée. Pour empêcher la remontée de la goupille, on prévoit avantageusement deux ergots moulés en une épaisseur sur la tête de la goupille. Ces ergots, comprimés lors du passage de la goupille dans l'orifice de la poignée reviennent à leur forme initiale en pénétrant dans l'évidement et bloquent la goupille qui ne peut plus remonter.
La goupille a, de préférence, une section oblongue qui facilite son orientation.
D'autres particularités de l'invention apparaitront au cours de la description d'un mode de réalisation faite au regard des dessins annexés qui représentent:

Sur le corps 1 de l'ustensile culinaire est fixée, par exemple par soudure, une patte d'attache métallique 2 ayant un profil en U renversé. Cette patte comporte sur sa face supérieure un orifice 3 destiné au passage de la goupille.
Le bord 4 de cet orifice, du côté opposé au corps, comporte un profil en pente. L'autre bord peut présenter une languette S
pour le guidage de la goupille.
La poignée 6 est réalisée généralement en un matériau thermodurcissable résistant à la chaleur tel que la bakélite.
Elle présente un évidement intérieur 7 de forme telle que la poignée puisse s'emmancher sur la patte d'attache et coulisser sur celle-ci avec un jeu faible.
La poignée comporte à sa partie supérieure un orifice 8 pour le passage de la goupille et son maintien après montage.
La goupille 9 est réalisée de préférence en un matériau thermoplastique tel qu'un polycarbonate ou un poly-sulfone. Elle comporte une tête 10 de forme correspondante à l'orifice 8 de la poignée et un fût 11 qui peut avoir avantageusement une section oblongue lui conférant une meilleure résistance mécanique et permettant une orientation facile de la pièce au montage.
Pour monter la poignée sur l'ustensile, on emmanche la poignée 6 sur la patte d'attache 2 jusqu'à ce que les deux orifices 3 et 8 soient l'un en face de l'autre, on introduit la goupille dans l'orifice 8 puis dans l'orifice 3 de la patte.
Grâce au bord en pente 4 la goupille et la poignée avancent vers le corps 1 de manière à venir se serrer contre ce corps, soit directement, soit par l'intermédiaire d'un cache de laso~oo protection 12.
L'extrémité inférieure du fût 11 de la goupille vient alors se loger dans un trou 13 situé dans la`partie inférieure de la poignée au droit de l'orifice 8. Le trou 13 peut être borgne ou déboucher sur la face inférieure de la polgnée, permettant dans ce dernier cas de chasser la goupille pour remplacer la poignée.
Pour empêcher la remontée de la goupille, la tête 10 comporte deux ergots 14 symétriques moulés en légère surépaisseur.
Lors de l'enfoncement de la tête 10 dans l'orifice 8, ces ergots sont comprimés et lorsqu'ils parviennent dans l'évidement 7 ils reprennent leur forme initiale et forment des clips qui bloquent la remontée de la goupille sous l'effet des efforts, jeux ou dilatation. Ces ergots 14 ont, par exemple, une forme prismatique à section triangulaire dont la base est située vers le haut.
On pourrait obtenir le même résultat en munissant le fût ll de la goupille de crans au voisinage de l'origice 3 de la patte métallique. Les crans s'encastrant dans le bord de la pente 4 de l'orifice 3 empêcheraient également la remontée de la goupille.
La fixation selon l'invention permet d'utiliser une poignée largement évidée et donc allégée et peu coûteuse. Le remplacement de la poignée, en cas de besoin, se fait sans difficulté en détruisant ou en chassant la goupille.
L'assemblage en atelier se fait par l'application d'une simple pression ce qui est plus rapide et moins onéreux qu'un vissage.
Enfin, en donnant à la partie visible de la tête 10 de la goupille une forme et une couleur déterminées, on peut créer un signe distinctif permettant à la clientèle d'identifier rapidement la marque de l'ustensile. On the body 1 of the cooking utensil is fixed, for example by welding, a metal fastening tab 2 having an inverted U-shaped profile. This tab has on its upper face an orifice 3 intended for the passage of the pin.

It has a head 10 of corresponding shape at port 8 of the handle and a barrel 11 which may have advantageously an oblong section giving it better mechanical resistance and allowing easy orientation of the part during assembly.
To mount the handle on the utensil, it is fitted the handle 6 on the fastening tab 2 until the two holes 3 and 8 are opposite one another, we introduce the pin in the hole 8 then in the hole 3 of the tab.
Thanks to the sloping edge 4 the pin and the handle move forward towards the body 1 so as to come to press against this body, either directly or through a cache laso ~ oo protection 12.
