10~7'~1 La presente invention concerne un dispositif d'ob-turation de securite plus particulièrement mais non exclusivement destin~ aux recipients en matieres plastiques consignes pour bois-sons.
Il est important, dans une telle application, de décourager les utilisateurs de se servir de ces récipients a des fins autres que celle du seul debit des boissons qu'ils contien-nent. En effet, il pourr2it arriver que ces recipients soient utilisés par des particuliers pour contenir des produits nocifs ou dangereux avant que d'être retournes a l'embouteilleur.
Pour decourager ces pratiques, l'invention propo-se un dispositif d'obturation de securite permettant de constater `
visuellement une ouverture non autorisee du recipient. En cas d'un tel constat, la consigne ne serait pas remboursee à l'utilisateur et le récipient ne serait pas reintroduit dans le cycle de distri-bution. `
Le dispositif selon l'invention, pour recipients en matiere plastique pourvus d'une collerette filetée destinee à
recevoir un bouchon vissable, comporte une plaquette fragmentable - 20 destinee à être placee entre le recipient et le bouchon autour dela oollerette, des moyens pour immobiliser la plaquette dans sa position assignee, cette plaquet-te comportant au moins un dent de ' verrouillage destin~e à être engagee par au moins une dent prevue ¦ ~ cet effet dans ledit bouchon.

Le récipient équipé présente une paroi 1 pourvue d'un orifice de remplissage 2 entouré d'un collerette 3 à filetage externe. --Sur cette collerette peut se visser un bouchon 4 présentant une jupe 5 à filetage interne 6. Ce bouchon est pourvu en son centre d'un `
passage obturé par un opercule enlevable 7, pour la mise en place d'un `
j dispositif de soutirage sur le récipient.
Une plaquette de sécurité 8 est placée sur la paroi 1, autour de la collerette 3, avant vissage du bouchon.
Cette plaquette présente une forme généralement annulaire. Elle j est pourvue d'une découpe 9 destinée à recevoir une saillie 10 prévue cet effet sur la paroi 1, ceci afin d'immobiliser la plaquette 8 dans sa position assignée.
1 20 Cette plaquette présente, sur sa face supérieure annulaire, une;~ dent définie par un plan incliné 11 et une face abrupte 12. Une fois la plaquette mise en place sur le récipient, le plan incliné 11 s'élève dans le sens du vissage du bouchon. Dans l'exemple représenté, il s'agit en l'occurrence d'un bouchon avec pas a gauche, pour raison de securite.

Toute tentative de dévissage du bouchon 4 entrainera dès lors la rupture de la plaquette 8, dans les zones de cette dernière indiquées en 18 et 19 à la figure 5, zones éventuellement pourvues d'affaiblis-sements locaux.
Il est évident que de nombreuses modifications peuvent être apportées à cet exemple de réalisation sans pour autant sortir du , cadre de l'invention tel que défini dans les revendications ci-après.
