Abstract

processo de produção de um coletor de mercúrio elementar em fase gasosa. o invento consiste em um coletor para mercúrio elementar em fase gasosa, obtido a partir de processos de modificação de argila natural do tipo esmectita , após ter sido submetida a tratamentos químicos para, primeiro remover a matéria orgânica e segundo homoionizar a partir da troca iônica de todos os íons trocáveis por íons sódio. a preparação do coletor se deu com a introdução de oligômero de alumínio na estrutura da argil, que após calcinação e impregnação com íons prata altemente dispersos, seguido da redução deste metal em fluxo gasoso de hidrogênio a 450 <198>c, resultou no coletor de mercúrio. testes de detecção de mercúrio elementar em fase gasosa presente em amostras de gás natural veicular foram realizados com base na aquisição e pré-concentração do mercúrio elementar com posterior dessorção e análise por fluorescência.. para medidas a partir da impregnação com ouro, que foi reduzido por processo semelhante ao da prata, testes revelarem que a quantidade de mercúrio dessolvido mostrou-se inadequada para usar como coletor de mercúrio elementar gasoso.
