Abstract

gerador de radionuclídeo e método para esterilização. a presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de coluna de um gerador de radionuclídeos que inclui uma coluna retendo um radionucleotídeo progenitor que deteriora espontaneamente um radionucleotídeo filho com vida relativamente curta. uma trajetória de fluido se estende a partir de uma porta de entrada até uma coluna e em seguida até uma porta de saída e permite que o radionucleotídeo filho seja eluído do gerador de radionucleotídeo para uso. uma retenção aprimorada do radionucleotídeo progenitor na coluna é realizada evitando-se que o fluido entre na trajetória de fluxo em um estado líquido, tal como durante a esterilização. uma coluna química apropriada também é promovida evitando-se que o excesso de umidade coalesça na coluna, a qual pode promover um alto e/ou mais confiável rendimento de radionucleotídeo filho a partir de um gerador de radionuclídeos.
