Abstract

LAMINADO DE SEGURANÇA. A presente invenção refere-se a um laminado de segurança que compreende uma entre camada que compreende um ionômero que compreende um ionômero que é o produto neutralizado de um copolímero ácido precursor. O copolímero ácido precursor compreende unidades copolimerizadas de uma primeira (alfa)-olefina possuindo 2 a 10 átomos de carbono e cerca de 20 a 30% em peso de unidades copolimerizadas de um primeiro ácido carboxílico (alfa,beta)-etilenicamente insaturado possuindo 3 a 8 átomos de carbono; e possui um taxa de fluidez de cerca de 10 a cerca de 4.000 g/10 min. Quando neutralizado a um nível de cerca de 40% a cerca de 90% e quando compreende contraíons que consistem essencialmente em cátions sódio, o copolímero ácido precursor produz um ionômero de sódio que possui uma taxa de fluidez de cerca de 0,7 a cerca de 25 g/10 min e uma entalpia de congelamento que não é detectável ou que é inferior a cerca de 3,0 J/g. A composição ionomérica pode compreender ainda um segundo ionômero que possui uma taxa de fluidez de cerca de 10 g/10 min ou menor.
