Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DESTINADO À OBTENÇÃO DE UMA FITA DE REFORÇO E PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DE UMA FITA DE REFORÇO. Dispositivo destinado à obtenção de uma fita de reforço formada pelo esmagamento de um tubo (t) que compreende um primeiro meio para distribuir uma fita (b) que compreende um intercalar (1) sobre uma de suas faces, de acordo com uma velocidade linear dada e um segundo meio que compreende dois rolos destinados ao esmagamento do tubo (t), no qual os referidos primeiro e segundo meios são aptos a serem postos em rotação um em relação ao outro em torno de um eixo de rotação (XX) paralelo à direção de progressão (p) da fita (b) no dispositivo, de modo que, quando o dispositivo está em funcionamento, a fita (b) se enrola em espiral em torno de si mesma em espiras contíguas para formar um tubo (t) cujo eixo corresponde sensivelmente ao eixo de rotação (XX') do primeiro meio em relação ao segundo meio, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende um meio de calibração (3) do diâmetro do tubo (t) disposto entre o primeiro e o segundo meio, e pelo fato de que o referido meio de calibração (3) repousa sobre a superfície externa do referido tubo (t), e um meio de separação (27) disposto a jusante do referido segundo meio e apto a separar o referido intercalar (1) da superfície do tubo esmagado.
