Abstract

sistema de tratamento térmico de decomposição de resíduos inflamáveis e método para tratamento de resíduos utilizando o sistema a presente invenção se refere à um sistema para tratamento de resíduos inflamáveis e um método para tratamento do mesmo, e mais particularmente, para um sistema de tratamento de decomposição térmica de resíduos inflamáveis e um método de tratamento de resíduos inflamáveis utilizando o mesmo através da qual a resíduos inflamáveis inseridos no queimador de lixo é protegido do ar ou gás e o resíduo é termicamente decomposto e carbonatado através do aquecimento indireto pelo tubo de aquecimento para gás combustível para ser extraído e recuperado para um re-uso sem emissão de gás contaminado, etc. o sistema de tratamento de decomposição térmica de acordo com a presente invenção inclui um queimador de lixo incluindo uma câmara de decomposição térmica, uma câmara de combustão e uma câmara de água de arrefecimento; um gerador de vapor de água que é comunicado à câmara de decomposição térmica através do tubo de fornecimento de vapor de água e no qual o vapor de água super aquecido é forçado a ser inserido; uma unidade de resfriamento que é comunicada para a câmara de água de resfriamento através de um tubo de entrada de água de arrefecimento e um tubo de descarregamento de água de arrefecimento, e a água de resfriamento é provida e circulada através desta configuração; um purificador que é comunicado para a câmara de decomposição térmica através do tubo de descarregamento de gás, e gases tóxicos contidos em gases raros e gás combustível são removidos através desta configuração; um reservatório de armazenagem de gás combustível que é comunicado para o purificador através de um tubo de transferência de gás e armazena o gás combustível purificado, e permite algum deste ser incluído na câmara de combustão através de um tubo de circulação de gás; e uma torre de resfriamento que é comunicada para um tubo de recuperação de calor de resíduo conectado à um tubo de aquecimento e que coleta ar de alta temperatura que passa através deste, e permite o ar de alta temperatura ser resfriado e descarregado na atmosfera.
