Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO DE DETECçãO COM LIMIAR DE SEGURANçA DE UMA INFORMAçãO DE ESTADO A PARTIR DE UM SINAL ANALóGICO. O dispositivo de detecção com limiar de segurança de uma informação de estado a partir de um sinal analógico que compreende um aparelho de decisão (28, 228) e pelo menos duas cadeias de aquisição (3, 5, 203, 305) de diversificação que inclui em série um circuito de segurança (10, 12, 210) de adaptação, um circuito eletrónico de conversão analógico - digital (14,18), uma unidade de comparação (22, 24, 222) do sinal de saida digital do circuito de conversão analógico - digital com um sinal de referência. O dispositivo compreende um circuito de detecção de defeito (26, 226) de comparação mútua dos sinais de saída digitais provenientes dos circuitos de conversão e fornece um resultado de coerência. A saida do aparelho de decisão (88) é função do resultado de coerência fornecido pela unidade de detecção de defeito (26, 226) e dos resultados de comparação das unidades de comparação (22, 24) associados as respectivas cadeias de aquisição (3, 4).
