NÚCLEO DEFININDO PELO MENOS PARCIALMENTE UMA FORMA DE FABRICAÇÃO CUJA SUPERFÍCIE DE RECEPÇÃO DE ASPECTO SUBSTANCIALMENTE TOROIDAL É DESTINADA A RECEBER, DIRETAMENTE POR ENROLAMENTO, PERFILADOS SOB A FORMA DE PEQUENAS TIRAS UNIDAS E FORMANDO A SUPERFÍCIE INTERIOR DE UM PNEUMÁTICO. Núcleo (N) definindo pelo menos parcialmente uma forma de fabricação cuja superfície de recepção (S) de aspecto substancialmente toroidal é destinada a receber diretamente, por enrolamento, os perfilados (B) sob a forma de pequenas tiras unidas e formando a superfície interior de um pneumático, que compreende uma pluralidade de frações (10, 10d, 101) que têm cada uma delas faces transversais (110d, 111d, 110i, 1111) as ditas frações sendo adjacentes circunferencialmente e dispostas lado a lado em apoio umas contra as outras por intermédio de suas faces transversais, no qual o raio de conexão (r) entre a face transversal e a superfície de recepção (S) de uma fração (10d, 101) é compreendido entre 0,8 mm e 1,5 mm, na totalidade ou em parte do comprimento da aresta formada pela interseção dessas duas superfícies.
