"polímero flexível, composição polimérica, vedação com baixa deformação permanente por compressão e método para preparar um polímero flexível" a presente invenção refere-se a um polímero flexível que compreende: (a) acrilato de butila ou uma mistura de acrilato de butila e acrilato de 2-etilhexila; (b) pelo menos um membro selecionado do grupo que consiste de metacrilato de metila, metacrilato de etila, acrilato de metila e acrilato de etila; (c) acrilonitrila; (d) estireno; (e) um sabão de meio éster de maleato, e (f) um agente reticulante selecionado a partir de metacrilato de alila, e misturas de metacrilato de alila com metacrilato de glicidila, acrilato de trimetilolpropanotrimetil, metacrilato de diciclopenteniloxietil e divinilbenzeno.
