Abstract

cilindro de blanqueta de máquina de impressão, revestimento para cilindro de blanqueta de máquina de impressão, máquina de impressão e método para posicionar cilindro de blanqueta em máquina de impressão. por tratar a invenção de um revestimento que compreende uma estrutura multicamada compreendendo uma camada de blanqueta de impressão do tipo adequado para o tipo de máquina de impressão, e uma camada de elastômero subjacente tendo tais características físico-químicas que o corpo da mencionada lo camada de elastômero seja providenciado com características autonivelantes, e uma determinada espessura que combinada com a espessura da mencionada camada da blanqueta de impressão permita manter a espessura geral desejada da mencionada estrutura multicamada, uma primeira face da mencionada camada de elastômero sendo integralmente unida à mencionada camada de blanqueta de impressão, e uma segunda face da mencionada camada de elastômero apresentando uma capacidade de adesão direta e não requerendo a interposição de produtos adesivos adicionais capazes de aderir ao mencionado cilindro tanto sob condições estáticas como dinâmicas, pelo menos o suficiente para garantir a manutenção de uma perfeita adesão contra o mencionado cilindro em um dos lados e a fácil remoção da mesma do outro lado.
