Abstract

FRESA E PROCESSO DE FRESAGEM DE UMA PEçA FEITA DE COMPóSITO OU FEITA DE SUPERLIGA COM O AUXìLIO DE UMA FRESA. Fresa de ranhurar, que compreende um corpo (12) feito de carboneto e uma cabeça (16) feita de cerâmica fixada por brasagem em uma extremidade do corpo, essa cabeça compreendendo dentes que compreendem cada um deles uma aresta de corte (24) formada por uma interseção entre uma face dianteira de corte (A) e uma face inferior de desbaste, caracterizada pelo fato de que a fresa tem uma forma geral tronco cónica, pelo fato de que o perfil da face de desbaste, formado pela interseção da face de desbaste com um plano que passa pelo eixo da fresa, tem uma forma arredondada convexa na direção do exterior, e pelo fato de que o ângulo de corte radial é negativo.
