"aparelho de monitoramento e método de monitoramento de condições de produção de um tubo ou cano sem costura e recursos de produção de um tubo ou cano sem costura" trata-se de fornecer um aparelho de monitoramento e similares de condições de produção de um tubo ou cano sem costura que permite corrigir rapidamente as condições de produção durante a operação dos recursos de produção de um tubo ou cano sem costura. o apaíelho de monitoramento 20 de condições de píodüção de acordo com a presente invenção compreende um medidor de espessura ultrassônica 4 que é instalado no lado de saída de um laminador 1 o laminando um lingote b para se produzir um tubo s e mede uma espessura do tubo s produzido pelo laminador 10, um termômetro 5 que é instalado no lado de saída do laminador 1 o e mede uma temperatura superficial do tubo s produzido pelo laminador 10, e um dispositivo de informática e monitor 6 que mostra uma distribuição de espessura em uma direção circunferencial do tubo s e uma distribuição de temperatura superficial em uma direção circunferencial do tubo s com base na espessura do tubo s medida pelo medidor de espessura ultrassôrica 4 e a temperatura superficial do tubo s medida pelo termômetro 5.
