Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA RE-SEGMENTAçãO DE PACOTE DE DADOS PARA RETRANSMISSãO EM FALHA DE TRAMSMISSãO HARQ. Um método para retransmissão de pacote de dados em falha de transmissão de Solicitação de Repetição Automática Híbrida (HARQ) que possui as etapas de: verificar se alterações para características de desempenho de erro de transmissão HARQ são maiores do que o limiar e/ou se uma deterioração de condições de canal é indicada ou inferior a um limiar; em caso afirmativo, re-segmentar dados de 'RLC- SDU' de Unidade de Dados de Serviço de Controle de Enlace de Rádio ou 'RLC-PDU' de Unidade de Dados de Protocolo de Controle de Enlace de Rádio para dimensões de dados de PDU menores; e transmitir os referidos dados RLC-PDU re- segmentados; e em caso negativo, transmitir dados RLC-PDU anteriores.
