Abstract

Injetor de combustível para motor a combustão interna por injeção direta. Injetor de combustivel (1) que compreende: válvula de injeção (7) equipada com agulha móvel (15) para regular o fluxo de combustível; acionador (6) adaptado para mover a agulha (15); bocal de injeção (3); como de sustentação (4) que possui formato tubular e exibe canal de alimentação (5); corpo de vedação (17) equipado com assento de válvula (16) da válvula de injeção (7) e que compreende elemento de tampa em forma de disco (18), que fecha de forma rebaixada e hermeticamente o canal de alimentação (5) e é cruzado pelo bocal de injeção (3) e elemento de orientação (19), que se eleva a partir do elemento de tampa (18), possui formato tubular e acomoda nele a agulha (15); canal de orientação de combustível externo (2v) definido entre o canal de alimentação (5) e o elemento de orientação (19); uma série de orificios de alimentação (21) obtidos na parte inferior do elemento de orientação (19) e que leva em direção ao assento de válvula (16); e cabeça impulsionadora (22) que possui zona de ajuste essencialmente esférica, que é integral com a agulha (15), encaixa externamente o elemento de orientação (19).
