Abstract

PROCESSO DE CONTRAÇÃO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE EMBALAGENS SÓLIDAS, TRANSPORTÁVEIS E PASSÍVEIS DE IMPRESSÃO E DISPOSITIVO PARA EXECUÇÃO DE UM PROCESSO DE CONTRAÇÃO DESSE TIPO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de contração para produção de embalagens sólidas, transportáveis e passíveis de impressão, especialmente embalagens de garrafas com uma relação de altura/largura> 1, consistindo em um envolvimento dos produtos a serem embalados com uma folha, de modo que na área de fundo se forma uma região sobreposta das extremidades de folha, um aquecimento mediante troca de calor ou convecção, para fundir as extremidades livres na região de sobreposição e um aquecimento final, sendo que simultaneamente a embalagem é estabilizada por uma operação de contração, sendo que o ar quente entrando é limitado por zona inicialmente à área de fundo da embalagem para formação de uma válvula periférica na região dos fundos de garrafa e então a embalagem é estabilizada em forma, durante a estabilização a embalagem é continuamente transportada e entoa em um feixe de jatos de gás discretamente distribuído, ar quente dirigido para a região de fundo da embalagem é defletido e reconduzido após uma troca de calor limitada por zona com a folha, e sendo que no forno de contração mais gás quente com velocidade de sopragem lateral elevada é dirigido lateralmente contra a embalagem continuamente transportada adiante, para executar completamente o processo de contração.
