Abstract
COMPóSITOS POLIMéRICOS PREENCHIDOS. São apresentados compósitos de resina preenchidos que compreendem ao menos uma resina polimérica e microesferas, sendo que as ditas microesferas têm um tamanho médio D50 de 25 micrómetros ou menos e uma resistência ao colapso de 10 por cento de pelo menos 68,8 MPa (10.000 psi). Tais resinas exibem uma combinação surpreendente e nunca antes obtida de propriedades físicas superiores. São apresentados artigos feitos com tais compósitos.
