Abstract

PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE NANOPARTìCULAS DE PRATA ESTABILIZADAS POR PROTEìNAS NA PRODUçãO DE PRODUTOS TêXTEIS ANTIBACTERIANOS E O TRATAMENTO DOS EFLUENTES PRODUZIDOS A presente invenção trata da produção de nanopartículas de prata por via biossintética utilizando extrato extracelular de fungos com atividade nitrato reductase e presença de antraquinonas derivadas. Dentre os fungos objeto da patente estão Fusarium, Piriformospora sp., Pisolithus sp, Streptomyces sp, Sporisorium sp, Penicillium sp, Neurospora sp, Aspergillus, sp, entre outros. As nanopartículas obtidas destes extratos, na ausência do fungo, possuem uma proteção protéica que estabiliza a suspensão coloidal e permite maior adesão ao tecido conferindo grande eficiência biocida. O processo de adesão das nanopartículas de prata é cíclico, sendo as nanopartículas de prata reutilizadas na impregnação de outros tecidos. No processo de lavagem as poucas partículas liberadas na água são tratadas com biomassa de Chromobacterium violaceum que atuam por bioabsorção das nanopartículas de prata, eliminando completamente a contaminação do efluente. A presente invenção terá seu uso na área da saúde, tanto humana como animal, quando da necessidade de prevenção ou tratamento de infecções por meio da impregnação de nanopartículas de prata em produtos têxteis.
