Abstract

MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DE UM PNEU. Um método de formação de um pneu inclui a) a formação de uma carcaça, a carcaça compreendendo pelo menos uma lona de reforço de carcaça, um par de costados opostos e um par de porções de talão, b) a colocação de uma estrutura de correia na carcaça, c) a formação de um estoque de banda de rodagem, d) a colocação do estoque da banda de rodagem na estrutura da correia e e) a vulcanização do pneu em um molde onde o molde tem pelo menos uma raia para formar uma ranhura na superfície radialmente externa do pneu. Uma câmara é colocada adjacente a ou dentro do estoque da banda de rodagem antes da vulcanização do pneu, onde a câmara cria uma ranhura enterrada no pneu vulcanizado. Depois do uso da banda de rodagem do pneu até um nível pré-estabelecido, a câmara fica exposta e aberta durante o uso adicional para criar a formação de ranhuras maiores na banda de rodagem depois que o pneu experimentou algum desgaste de pneu.
